  1. While I do prefer the Wii, could the amount of consoles sold possible have to do with the shortages that happened at the launch of the 360, and PS3? Nintendo had a lot of Wii's at launch. Our Target had 117! In all fairness, you probably have to take all variables into account, whether it be shortages, defects, returns, etc. -Mike
  2. Anybody think that if they re-build it, (and that's a big if) they might move it over to where Psyclone is? Or does that land not belong to Magic Mountain? -Mike
  3. Hey, I asked my parents and they say "Maybe, no promises." That means there is like less than a 50% chance that I will be going. However, I have a question, just in case. Do our parents have to be members of TPR to get in the park? Thanks! -Mike
  4. Best: Batman the Ride. Worst: Silver Bullet, Tatsu, Scream! -Mike
  5. At least he's not "hooked" or "attached" on other things.... Seriously, though. This guy is just crazy. Who would invest all the time, money, and effort to ride a roller coaster 20,000 TIMES! That's just a waste. If you're gonna ride roller coasters that much, at least choose a different ride. He has other amusement parks near him..... Oh well, that's his decision, I might have to say hi to him . I can see it now. ME: Hey! Aren't you the guy that rode Xcelerator over 20,000 times?! HIM: Yep, that's me! -Mike
  6. Flying, they're so comfortable! It's just, you have a lot of room to move, and the restraints are so small, it feels good.....except when you're sitting on the brake run for a few minutes.... -Mike
  7. Thank god I happened to get my Psyclone credit in December. I made it just in time! I think that the death of Psyclone could have had something to do with the Junk yard behind it being cleared out. Nonetheless, I wanted to ride Flashback! Anyway, with Psyclone, I'm just glad that I was able to enjoy my rides on them. I thought it was funny in the back seat to see all of the cars in front of you on the turns BASHING AROUND the riders, then riders getting off while we get on saying "They should tear this down!" or "I chipped a nail!" I'll miss the ride, but I'm glad other rides weren't torn down. -Mike "Maybe I'll be showing up at the ERT in March, but doubt it!" J
  8. I hope I can make it.........I want to go, and depending on if X opens by Feb. 12th, and how I like it, I might want to go even more! Mike "Doubt I Can Make It! " J
  9. Well, it's not really an art class, but it's a place where you can do anything constructive, whether it be drawing, building, etc. I build, now here's some pictures from the place: NOTE: Any pictures with faces covered are people that I did not have permission to put on the internet. I covered them up to protect their identity. Almost there..... Almost....I can smell it! Here we are! Finally! Now that I'm there, I have to get some stuff off of the top of the shelves, and with my short height, I had to stand up an a table covered in stuff..... As Jahan once said about himself, this is NOT going to end well! Here's my brother, building a model of TTD out of straws! Okay, VENDING MACHINE BREAK! Hey! Look what *I* found! Now I've got my snacks, and supplies, time to build that robot suit for my friend! (Long story) So much Styrofoam to choose from, so little time! (I needed to get some more than I already had down.) "Hey! Look how far I got!" Says Matthew. Time to go! I leave you with this final photo that I took while driving out. Thanks for reading! -Mike
  10. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there a coaster being built in Japan? If I remember correctly, it was a B&M at I think Universal studios. -Mike
  11. I'm afraid on drop Towers? I just can't muster the strength to get on one. Sorry -Mike
  12. Art class tomorrow, not much of an art class, but I build things (it can be considered art, right? I think I'm going to post a photo TR of it......yeah! I think I will! Expect a photo TR. -Mike
  13. I'm ashamed to say that I have been neglecting my Wii, I've been either not playing video games, or playing my 360. I still enjoy the Wii alot, but I haven't been playing it. Perhaps now that I've beaten Gears of War, I should finish Zelda. -Mike
  14. Photo credit goes to me. Taken over at our parks and recs center -Mike
  15. I've never eaten at Sonic in my life.....I think.....then again I don't think I've ever even seen a sonic burger. -Mike
  16. Elissa, when you say Rattum's furniture (And I'm assuming Rattums was a rat) you do mean the furniture he'd hang out on right? -Mike
  17. Any updates coming up? I'm wondering what's going on over there after all that's happened with busted pipes, ice, etc. -Mike
  18. Jewish, Irish, Hungarian, American, etc. -Mike
  19. Nope, I haven't been saved or saved someone. -Mike
  20. Well there's not really an off season over here in the south bay....most of our parks are open, so when I say of season I think more of the time I'm not at theme parks. here's what I do.....mostly. Hang out with friends. Go to school..... Photography Video games (Mostly Gears of War, or Wii) Use the computer Etc. ~Mike "No off season over here " J
  21. ^I know, we're probably going to be the last to get snow. I hate the cold. If it's really going to be this cold, then let some sort of precipitation. ~Mike
  22. And I thought it was cold here wow. It was raining over here earlier, but only for like 10 minutes. Conveniently SECOND PERIOD, right after I ran the mile.... ~Mike
  23. I agree with Jahan, I now feel bad for hating this 40-60 degree weather. However, when you grew up this way, you don't know too much about the cold.....until lately...oh well. Looks like fun! Have fun scraping ice! In other news....my grandparents live in Buffalo, I go there every year. You have things to do....then again, I'm just a teenager. ~Mike
  24. Great TR! Personally, I almost NEVER go to Disneyland, out of the 3 parks I go to, I've only been to a Disney park twice within my 14 year life. Both at Disneyland! I know I'm getting off topic, but this is what happens. 1. My parents hate Disneyland because of the crowds. 2. I don't like many crowds. 3. Not many roller coasters. 4. My only excuse to go is if our church youth group goes there, which is once a year at that probably. Anyway, glad you had fun, and I like the photos. On another note: Laura, that comment was mean....... But one of the funniest things I've seen for a while! ~Mike
