I am not 100% sure but since the water is for the most part gravity powered in the troth it would seem there would be enough water to carry the boats around to the end. Either that or the force of the water would carry on for a bit, then it would stop at the wave machine part if it has one.

Adventure Island went pitch black once. All the rides shut down and the lights went out. It was really creepy.

When I book tickets I usually get a 'conformation code' in an e-mail (be it concert, festival or hotel information). Keep and print it as this will probably be your ticket into Alton Towers. The 5-7 working days is just a guide. They could arrive earlier. My tickets for the Download Festival was supposed to arrive from 7 to 10 days before the Festival started... I've already got them.

Quick change (and possibly) unpredictable fluctuation in forces... One minute floating, the next being forced back into your seat... I've never ridden nor seen the ride in action, this is purely based on my non-existant mathematical capabilities... If anything, I'd see a doctor or find another ride that also gives you light-headedness and compare the rides, try and find out a 'pattern' between the rides...
