  1. one word: OWNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  2. so many to choose from... Might Mini Mega (Adventure Island) its physically impossible to sit in the seats but its one hell of a ride beacuse of it! has some great G's and airtime!!! The Barnstormer (Adventure Island) well, a little more comfortable with the exception of the Awkward Helixes. Green Scream (once again, Adventure Island) Nice airtime, speed and G's. seats are quite comfortable as well!! The Beastie (Alton Towers) one of the most painful roller coasters ive been on, and its actually quite scary!!! The Flying Fish (being re-built at Thorpe Park) Nice G's, quite fast. what more do you want??? The Clown Coaster (Chessington. well, its been demolished, but..) cant remember much except being scared of the massive drum... and i think thats it...
  3. im happy because the Happy Pie came to me... ... not really. I just got an hour break even though ive only been at school for an hour and i get the rest of the day off from 2pm tonight. not only that, i start school tomorrow at 11am. i do love open evenings! James 'Thank God for Open Evenings!' Collins
  4. Taking into account inflation, about $50,000. Better start saving every allowance you get for the next few years. thats not too bad, i wouldve had to pay around $2,500 for the Spain trip. but now you mention mainland europe, that has intregued me too...
  5. 0_o went on a german exchange trip with a guy named Tobias... lived in Roth... good times anyway, my names James and i hate it . ill put up with it though
  6. Nymphetamine (the album) by Cradle of Filth any song by Cannibal Corpse Like Angels Weeping (The Dark) by Kataklysm Brain F**ker by Lord Gore Fistf**king Gods Planet by Marduk pretty much any song by Marilyn Manson a few techno/club songs and a few pop songs thrown in makes up most of my 840 songs
  7. i would love to get funding to make my own, lol. a small, tacky one that was (or will be) connected to a car battery or two, winches you up the hill, down a 6/7 ft hill, and up another hill. rocks backwards and forewards if not, im saving up for a ride, then lending it out to people edit: latest update: its now being developed. we may introduce a gravity-based spin aswell also: if anyone knows any blueprints for a backyard rollercoaster, could they post links here please? thanks in advanced James 'Corkscrews turn me on!' Collins
  8. went to see PitchShifter in the Astoria March 26th. Murder1, Skidred and a band that had something to do with zombies tried as hard as they could to start a pit, but failed. Skindred got an amazing one going right at the end of their shift, the PitchShifters pits started, its was amazing!!! anyway, gonna see DragonForce in december, pre-band is Firewind. its gonna be great!
  9. 40ft isnt high, the flume at Thorpe Park is in the 80ft region :\. and no, it does not level out, it changes gradient 3 times, crating the uber-cool feeling of log flume airtime!
  10. or it could be in a specially designed inflatable with water jest going up part of the loop, stopping for the vertical part, then at the top have them all around the tube, then nothing for the rest of it. i dont know whether its safe or not, but i'd gladly do it, maybe even test it!!!
  11. sweet! cant wait to meet with you!!! >< any approximations on prices? (need to know how much i need to get by 2009/2010)
  12. when will there next be a trip to the UK? i live in the UK and cant afford to go abroad yet. please tell, i'd love to come!!!!
  13. either the 1980s Nemesis video, sooooo old skool!!! submission and Oblivion's promos are amazing too!
  14. Slammer and Rush at Thrope Park, i was so scared i was nearly bricking it. ended up riding no hands detonator at Thorpe Park seemed like a good idea while on the ground. in the air, its not such a good idea after all. same with the 200ft drop in Malaga. slowly climbs 50ft, then quadrouples the speed to about 175 ft, then slows down so it feels as if youre not moving and drops you with out a warning. rode it at midnight and it woke me up. I HATE FREEFALL TOWERS!!!!! in a nice way though...
  15. Colossus at Thorpe Park, would've been Stealth, but just as we were getting on the front seats, the launch malfunctioned. Madame Tussauds hate me
  16. i have, many times. Air at Alton Towers, the restrasints kept getting stuck closed on one of the trains. we managed to get right at the front!!! only problem was, we got stuck on it for at least half an hour after :\ Colossus at Thrope Park. with the restraints, they werent locking properly. stood there for 3 and a half hours to get on it. Samurai at Thorpe Park. once again, restraints woulndt close for some of the rides. we sat down, the bars came down, the ride was about to start and all the bars were released automatically. Ramesis Revenge at Chessington. got stuck on it (restraints, bloody hell, lol) while it was set to one of its extreme routines, nearly threw up over the girls in front of me. madame tussauds seems to be having some problems, or the theme parks just hate me
