  1. LOL...You used patience in a TPR forum. Not gonna happen......
  2. $700 credit...LOL. Looks really intense and I like the fact it has hills and valleys towards the end which is a rarity on suspended/inverted coasters.
  3. The anticipation....which is why I prefer lifts to launches.
  4. Zipper...just to piss off the neighbors when my rowdy friends come over to party!!!!
  5. Let me echo the community part. Where else can you sling it out with total strangers yet still feel like everyone is one big group of friends!!Plus you get all the latest news and updates from around the world and most of the time get to see new stuff from the ground up. Oh and the trips/bashes are way too much fun for just any regular old people.
  6. Idlewild is conveniently located between Pittsburgh and Altoona (Lakemont and DelGrosso's) if you so desire to take a scenic drive down Route 30....which also runs right beside Dutch Wonderland, which is near Hershey and the rest of the eastern parks...... http://rcdb.com/r.htm?ot=3&ol=18965 you just have to sort by status to get all the currently operating ones at the top of the list.
  7. Thinking back to my younger days, the anticipation the first time I rode Loch Ness and we left the station on that short run through the woods.(Pre Griffon days)
  8. I go more for the redneck yeehaw along with being a whooper and a laugher.
  9. While we try and grab you guys and all your equipment. If we get something it is ours to keep!!!!
  10. It makes me think of this part of Great Bear at Hersheypark. credit ultimatecoaster.com
  11. But it does come with a nice view. 2 lifts and some straight track give the rider time to take in the scenery!
  12. Flying low near the water with the ground on the right hand side adds a sense of speed to it.
  13. it's missing a corkscrew, that's why! Oh yeah.....LOL
  14. It has a fish...Ok. A bird at the top of the lift....Ok. As for being a knock-off..sure looks more comfortable than the rest of the knock-off Chinese coasters.
  15. They couldn't find a disc drive to hold a coat hanger.
  16. Here is the latest from the webcam.
  17. Where is there trick track on Skyrush? Good God....as fast as that thing goes.....could you imagine trick track!!! Yeeeeha....OUCH! LMAO
  18. It may not be the most insane extreme ride, but it is a good ride for speed and I really like the good shots of air on all the camel backs.
  19. Took the kids to Smiley's last summer.....went over to ride the Mountain Coaster and missed it by 1/2 hour!!! Gotta get back up there sometime and ride it, I am only 30 minutes down the road from there.
  20. It's not "powered" but the driver does have control of the speed. He has a hand brake that controls how fast it goes, but it is totally gravity driven. So how fast would you say to be the top speed? I can only imagine how the back few cars would feel hauling some ass down to the bottom!!
  21. Really like the "trains" concept, but is it powered so there is no control of the speed? It would be awesome to have a full train at speeds of most mountain coasters!
  22. From a distance all Arrow/related makes look .....nice. But why do they ride so bad? Aesthetically - pleasing, riding - abusive!
