Different layout than a bobsled. Not that all bobsleds have the same layout, of course, but they don't do this: I gotta be honest, after watching the video, and having been on pretty much every bobsled coaster in the world, I agree with Wes. The top-down layout means nothing to me. It's all about how a coaster rides. The ride looks *FUN*, don't get me wrong, but I can't see how the ride experience is *that* much different than some other similar rides I've been on, other than it's made out of wood. I of course will of course reserve judgement until I ride, but I can set my own personal expectations based on what has been released over the years... I was thinking along the lines of the Mack brand like Avalanche at Kings Dominion. Still looks a flat out "FUN" ride....only time and a ride will tell.

I dont remember the name of the restaraunt but it is on the main midway, and I think not far from Raptor (could a local please confirm the name and location?), but they have an awesome buffet! To me thats all I need to hear lol! When I go back it is where I will dine again. Midway Market I believe....and yes it is good.....for park standards.

So, they couldn't really do much work if they are running the red side backwards. I don't see why they would have to close the blue side and let it sit idle while still running the red side??

Don't know about the next few weeks, but if you could hold off till football season, Sundays are great.

That was my thinking....the pace will not be broken up by the MCBR. Also as far as the colors....I would imagine this is gonna look pretty sweet and stand out when viewed from up on the Eiffel Tower!

Wouldn't those signs that say "Guests of a larger size may not be permitted to ride due to the configuration of the safety restraints" aid in this issue? Quite frankly if you don't fit you must quit.

Have you listened closely when the "entusiasts" are voting....they read inversion and give it a score on a ride that has none. It is a nice "poll" but far from being an accurate representation with the options in front of them. I think if they actually used coaster related folks it would've had a much different outcome.....

It was cool watching it, they had the Royal crap, then the 3 female murders, then Michael Jackson, and finally Robb Alvey! Michael Jackson gets better billing than Robb Alvey??? What is this world coming too!!!! LOL

Just got my IAAPA bag...pretty cool stuff. I really dig the GCI folder with all the glossies of their coasters. As nerdy as it sounds, framing them would make awesome house decor!!!!

This, along with the rest of the riders on that train. Prayers go out to all involved. That had to be a horrible feeling seeing it all unfold knowing you can't help...... That also had to be awful for the people in the station when the train came back and everyone realized what just happened...... I believe they said the child was in the seat in front of her.

The Aquatopia thing you keep referencing is really intriguing me. Just what in the hell is their purpose. Is it a ride that follows a track and if so what all do you actually see/experience while on it? I am thinking of the boats in the little lagoon at Dutch Wonderland.....Dragon's Lair. Here's the TPR video of Aquatopia. It's a trackless ride I think, like Pooh's Hunny Hunt, just as a water ride. Well now, that was just.....Weird?
