Maybe that explains why 99% of enthusiasts seem to annoy the hell out of me. Lol (In all seriousness though we're both exaggerating with that number) -

Now if they would just release the freaking VIP Tours!! Lol why is Gatekeeper still a Fastlane Plus ride? It's lines are usually manageable unless it's early in the day and its capacity is insane. I feel like Fastlane Plus should always be on Dragster and Maverick because of their appeal / capacity and then the newest coaster. Also I think you're approaching drinking game status with those VIP tours, you complain about it constantly. Have you tried calling the park? Just call them and politely explain how important you are and I'm sure they'll be happy to accommodate you. -

^^I'm not a Bumper Cars or Flyers fan either but I swear by the Knoebels Bumper Cars and Knoebels flyers. The Knoebels bumper cars are so good that they've ruined all other Bumper Car rides for me. If you go to Knoebels and don't ride these rides you're doing it wrong. Don't skip the bumper cars, yes... They'll have a long line but there's a reason for that. All of your suggestions are great though, just throw in Black Diamond, Flume and tons of flats. All of their flats seem to run better cycles than their counterparts so they're all worth a spin. Downdraft is amaze-balls. So is all the food. Oh and don't pass up StratosFEAR. It looks mediocre but it's one of the best drop towers in the world. -

Oh... well I guess you don't need my suggestion. Cool, I'm gonna go have a beer. Enjoy your trip to Knoebels! -
^^That goes without saying, but Millennium Force and Dragster have been running with those restraints flawlessly for years so I don't think it's relevant to this conversation. The restraints were not the cause of the Superman accident. Also, are we sure about the T bar law or is that a rumor? I think Gotham City Gauntlet and Pandemonium both have T bars.

I'm always talking about the Sky Ride. And yeah I think they have a train lol. Just remember everyone if you show up in a thread and list your "must rides" in a park that has a Von Roll Sky Ride and don't list it I'll find your ass (well... I'll find the post and annoy you about Sky Rides. I'm like a Sky Ride Jehovah's Witness). Don't ever underestimate how much free time I have at work. Lol

I've never been to the park but it sounds like Monster Mansion is a serious must-do. Also did you have some kind of bet going to see how long it would take me to show up and tell you you forgot something from the must-ride list? I'll give you a hint... It starts with Peachtree and rhymes with By Skuckets and the operations are really a sight to behold. Alright I'll leave now and let someone who's actually been to the park answer your questions. Lol +1 for not asking if the new ride would be open. I don't even remember what they're getting, but no.

Worst Coaster Layout
coasterbill replied to SingleRiderCam's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
You are not alone friend, although I never rode DF I am a big fan of Arrow coasters. I view them as living pieces of coaster history. The less Arrow coasters there are, the more I appreciate them. It also doesn't hurt that many of the truly terrible ones have been removed and we're left with a pretty decent collection of rides. Every Arrow Suspended is a great coaster (I'm even becoming fond of Iron Dragon though the others are all much better), I don't have an issue with the mine trains and never have, other than Desperado the larger non loopers are all good rides (Gemeni and Magnum, I can't speak for Excaliber but it's probably not long for this world) and the looper collection we have left is mostly decent. There are exceptions like Dragon Fire at Canada's Wonderland, Vortex, Ninja and Anaconda but the smaller loopers are generally decent and the best of the larger Arrow Loopers are still running (Loch Ness Monster, Tennessee Tornado and Viper). So I think it's a combination of the nostalgia factor and the truly terrible rides being slowly weeded out while the good ones usually stick around (except BBW unfortunately). I didn't mention X2 but people generally enjoy that ride too (though I think it's a huge piece of crap). -

Tennessee Tornado has an awesome layout and an awesome first drop. I have no idea how anyone could have a problem with that layout, it flows incredibly well. -
I'm just glad Millennium Force and Dragster still run with the original style restraints, they're so much better it's not even funny. I'd even prefer the SFA style retrofitted restraints they used to have. That being said even with these crappy restraints it could be worse. It's still a great coaster.

Don't worry, your wife's joke post was probably more coherent and insightful than 90% of the actual posts in this thread for the last week or so. -

I love Anaconda, I guess I'm the right height that it never throws me around. It's ugly as hell though and the layout looks like a complete mess. -

That game was brutal. I've never seen a SuperBowl where both teams looked like they were picking up a football for the first time in their lives. They're going to try to make this about Peyton Manning but honestly I almost forgot he was even supposed to be participating in this game. Both offenses played like ass. -
I agree, what this park really needs is a coaster that's family friendly, but still appeals to thrill seekers with a cool, unique layout (preferably a ride that's one of the best of it's type). I'm probably asking for too much though, where could they ever find a coaster like that... Oh Me neither. See THAT's how you troll a BGW thread. (though I'm being slightly serious, lol)
