I know you are getting freakish weather for your neighborhood and I hopefully they don't mess with your power!! ...........BUT you have sun, haven't seen that for ages. The high in the Lou today was 5, with a wind chill of -14. We are getting about 7 inches of snow as well, right now as I look out the window it is snowing sideways. And we are getting more snow on Wednesday, but good news it is looking good for us to get out of here Friday morning and the current forecast for Saturday in San Antonio is almost 55 degrees warmer than it is here right now. Day 10 of below freezing weather.

^^ The 50'th anniversary means nothing as far as additions go. It wouldn't have made a difference. Guests don't care if it's the 50th anniversary or the 5th anniversary. Is it? What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Let them recover before you set your expectations high. It's going to take a while.

Whenever I visit Disney, I nose round looking for Haunted Mansion stuff. It's my favorite Disney dark ride.

The old SAAB transmission factory is now gone and the construction of the new parking garage and Volvo museum can begin.. View from the south end of the old parking lot. ^^ Wonderful HM collection display, Chuck! That all reminded me of a framed art concept I saw in the display they had for HM's 50th Anniversary. The whole exhibit was in Disneyland's Opera House where the usual "Great Moments w/Lincoln" is...was? I forget. I get what you are saying but it honestly wasn't all Cedar Fair's fault. In states they could open didn't they open? I understand your disdain for Cedar fair operations but sometimes it's like you're salivating at the mouth just to rag on them. . .

Passed by Liseberg today an took some photos: One wing of the hotel is rising fast... The entrance looks like normal, but is lacking visitors The staf @ Liseberg will have to wait until summer to greet visitor welcome. I hope that they haven't melted until then.... /// Marcus
