It might be that there is a song that samples the same meleody, but I don't think so (like the same way that the song Waka Laka I think samples Yellow Submarine), but I don't think there is a remake of Mandy in DDR.

(great song to start warming up with) Ready Steady Go Dam Dariem (sp?) Air Rubber Neckin' (great remix) Brick House (yeah its not a "DDR song" persay but its in ultramix 2 so I count it) I play on standard or heavy with my arrows sped up by 1.5X and goodxX I love your avitar!

The song itself is terrible, and it was made for the sheer purpose of being insanly difficult. I haven't played it on extreme because I can't import, but I have tried it on Stepmania, and wasn't impressed at all.
