Splash_Mountain Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 Um, I beat Lou the first time on Medium. I don't see what the problem is. He does become really bad once you keep hitting him with powerups.
chmilo24 Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 1st- I practiced the bosses by playing them in career. 2nd- The B Button is Back, which on a the Guitar is Red. 3rd- So what if Lou isn't a guitar player, Activision can do whatever they want.
SharkTums Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 Played more WiiPlay yesterday with Colin...it's an awesome addictive little game!
AlmereStars Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 I BOUGHT A WII!!!!!!! with brain academy, Mario Galaxy and Mario Party! I got a A- with brain academy now lets hook it up to the network
SonOfBeastSucks Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 I've played just a little bit of Super Mario Galaxy, but I am really getting into Zelda now. I have Resident Evil : The Umbrella Chronicles, but I'm not sure if I want to keep it, or exchange it for a different game. Opinions?
kraken613 Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 I havnt played Umbrella Cronicles but if you find Resident Evil 4 Wii edition its good or one of the best FPS is Medal of Honor Heros 2.
robbalvey Posted January 2, 2008 Posted January 2, 2008 I just want to go on record that NiGHTS really sucked. It's so dissapointing. What was once one of my favorite games on the Sega Saturn as a simple flight/puzzle game, kind of Sega's answer to Pilotwings in a way, was turned into a part-part platform/part-flying game that really seemed to suck all of the fun out of the original game with it's "OMG, why can't I pass by all these stupid cut scenes?!?!" heavy story. Maybe I'm remembering the Saturn version wrong, but I remember it being more about "fun" than about story. --Robb
Splash_Mountain Posted January 3, 2008 Posted January 3, 2008 I would like to go on record as saying that Trauma Center has a new degree of difficulty when you can't draw stars.
onewheeled999 Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 I still think that the Wii Remote Jacket looks so stupid. I mean, the remote was designed to be sleek and futurisic. With the jacket thing on, it looks completely stupid. I know it's so that if you lose grip of your remote, it won't be destroyed, but that's what the freakin' WRIST STRAP REPLACEMENT was for!!!! If people just used their wrist straps and didn't go absolutely nuts with the motion controls, this wouldn't be packaged with all the Wii hardware.
astroworldfan1 Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Is it jsut me, or does Boxing on Wii Sports tire you out? And bowling hurts your shoulder the day after. But I, love the Wii.
socalMAN123 Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 Since we're getting a whole new home theater system, we were thinking about getting a Wii. Pretty excited for that one. ---Brent

Nintendo just dosnt want to get sued!
Homer Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 I just want to go on record that NiGHTS really sucked. It's so dissapointing. Before it was just simplistic side scrolling with enjoyable music and little to no story (much like NiGHTS). Now its like they release a game that lacks that "magic touch," and at the same time throw 50 billion new furry characters that are used only one time to develop a really crappy story (although I will admit Sonic Rush and Secret Rings were steps in the right direction). That's when I lost faith in Sega... they just lost the innovative touch they had when they were head to head with Nintendo. Maybe that's why I didn't rush out and get NiGHTS, because I knew Sega would screw it up somehow. The only game from them that I've seen get acclaim from critics lately was Virtua Fighter 5. But to get back on topic a little bit more before I blather on to more nonsense, is there anyplace doing a midnight launch of Brawl or not?
Guest Posted January 6, 2008 Posted January 6, 2008 I just finished Super Mario Galaxy again but with the secret ending thing... and ANOTHER surprise came up... I love this game.
onewheeled999 Posted January 7, 2008 Posted January 7, 2008 You dont have to use them! Nintendo just dosnt want to get sued! That's why I haven't gotten any Wii remotes since they released the jackets!

Chrissie Posted January 12, 2008 Posted January 12, 2008 I'm officially addicted to Super Mario Galaxy. Me too! I love it!! Im not really into those sort of games, but Mario Galaxy is brilliant. Where abouts are you at??
onewheeled999 Posted January 13, 2008 Posted January 13, 2008 ^ I've unlocked the fourth area where you get to the stages, I think it's the bedroom.
VegasCoaster Posted January 14, 2008 Posted January 14, 2008 I was one of the seemingly lucky few who got a Wii for Christmas! What are the games I can't live without? I have Mario Party 8, Thrillville: Off the Rails (kind of ok, but easy) and WiiPlay (only way to get a remote) so far and am looking to get a few more.
Chrissie Posted January 15, 2008 Posted January 15, 2008 ^ I've unlocked the fourth area where you get to the stages, I think it's the bedroom. Ooooh! I've not got that far yet, but sounds good!

Well defiantly, Super Mario Galaxy and to Alanis, Super Smash Bros. Brawl which has been pushed back to March. POST #700!!!
Angry_Gumball Posted January 16, 2008 Posted January 16, 2008 Super Smash Brothers Brawl got pushed back (again) a month to March 9! Again?? I've been waiting (like the rest of you) since last year when I did a reserve on it...thinking it was coming out that summer. Oh well. Just makes March a better month as that's when my offseason comes to an end.
