coaster_type_of_person
How long was the line for SheiKra? And about the sign for the demand for front row..Do you get to choose your row at all?
Slacking
How long was the line for SheiKra? And about the sign for the demand for front row..Do you get to choose your row at all? I went to BGT on Friday, and both times I rode Sheikra we were able to choose our row.
stingrock23
I think Kumba is the best coaster I've been on. And it's been 10 years since I last went to BGT. I really need to get back.
Erik Johnson
How long was the line for SheiKra? And about the sign for the demand for front row..Do you get to choose your row at all? I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes, and we were able to pick our row.
coaster_type_of_person
o just the way the sign was written it seems like they wont let you pick your row.
Erik Johnson
o just the way the sign was written it seems like they wont let you pick your row. Yeah it does, but for some reason you seem that you still can. Maybe when its crazy busy you can not pick your seat.
Zingo!
Awesome TR, thanks, very enjoyable. I've been daring myself to eat a McRib since it's return but I haven't been able to make myself do it. After the coaster pics I was drooling over it sounds pretty good. Or it could be the wine induced posting...
niiicolaaah
How does that water spray on shiekra work? do you get wet when you're on the ride?
Erik Johnson
How does that water spray on shiekra work? do you get wet when you're on the ride? I can't think of a better example than R&E's video of SheiKra: http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=17041 As for getting wet on the ride, you get a little bit of mist, but not wet. Teddymonster
Erik, I'm glad you posted this TR because now I can show Jeff a good example of what BGT is like. He swears on his soul that he will NOT go on Sheikra, but I think I can convince him. Again, awesome and thorough TR. That restaurant's dessert menu got me all excited...curses!!! RctInfinity
You know, I went to that waterpark and it was ok. I got to go on the Silver Bullet and a lot of people got stuck and the park KNOWS THAT! On the safety rules, it actually says that if you get stuck, cross your legs and lie down as much as you can or something like that..
Erik Johnson
Yeah you got to lay down on your back and arch it slightly so that you can enough speed to make it down to the bottom. Well....the slide has got to be almost 25 years old now.
smells_like_team_disney
Just got finished reading your awesome PTR. BGT really does look like an amazing park. Can't wait to ride Sheikra one of these days.
Erik Johnson
By the way here is a picture of a real Shikra (I guess BGT changed it to ShieKra) The real Shikra, kinda small are they not?
Teddymonster
^^Wow!!! That is a sweet looking bird. Quite beautiful, IMO. I'm glad they didn't go with that color for the scheme, as it would look tacky as hell, IMO.
SuperGreek1562
Gret TR Erik! You got some really good pics of SheiKra! I wish i went onto the other side by the water. I could of gotten some good pictures over there too!
