When you realize there are actually people on that lift, but the drop is so massive you have to zoom in to see them...

What a monster.

What a monster.

You have to see it in person to get the full impact of just how big this thing is!

Cool shot, but there's no way that was taken from AT&T stadium.  There's a hotel and an old baseball stadium in between.  That's the end of the one way drive between the parking lot and the Judge Roy Scream lake.

I love when parks fly the flag when topping tracks. Beautiful. It really towers over the rest of the park from those angles.

According to the project manager it should be finished sometime in late April. Opening to the general public might not happen until May.

Nice.
it got me to wondering: do most, if not all drop coasters go from first drop to immelmann?

Diving Machine G5 at Janfusun Fancyworld in Taiwan doesn't, but it also has no inversions period and literally is just the main drop, a turn, another tiny drop, then brakes.

Oblivion at Alton Towers also does not, but also has no inversions.

Otherwise, yes, all of the B&M dives have an immelmann as their first element (unless you count tunnels or splash downs as elements, since some of them have those).

The park's Facebook page posted a drone flyover video that follows the track built so far along the same path as a train.  It is badass.

It is a combination that works well but i just wondered if it is worth changing it up. Maybe it is because you need a lot of height for an impressive immelmann, therefore it makes sense to start with it.
