LuminousAphid Posted August 29, 2015 Author Posted August 29, 2015 That looks awesome, thanks for sharing! I think I'm gonna go to the fair on Monday, I will try to get some good video/pics and bring them back here.
Rill'o'beily Posted August 29, 2015 Posted August 29, 2015 Does anyone know the manufacturer and model of this "Transformer" ride? It's made by Soriani&Moser/Zamperla and the model is Top Star Tour (10 arm model, there's a six arm model available too)
Anac0nda Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Liseberg has struck gold with not only Helix and its magnific trains, but Mechanica has awesome LEDs as well! Hats off to you, Liseberg (once again)
boldikus Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Everything at Morey's. My favorite "park" to be at after dark. Also, Hershey's woodies look fantastic at night.
viking86 Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Liseberg has struck gold with not only Helix and its magnific trains, but Mechanica has awesome LEDs as well! Hats off to you, Liseberg (once again) Mechanica has a great lighting package indeed. I think they found the perfect balance of having some lights to make it look great at night, while at the same time they totally managed to avoid the fairground ride feel.
michaellynn4 Posted August 31, 2015 Posted August 31, 2015 Everything at Morey's. My favorite "park" to be at after dark. I totally agree. Anyone who knows me knows I'm a sucker for lights (I even like my car dashboard to be well-lit with lots of things all over it). I always had a soft-spot for places with the boardwalk vibe, and Morey's just takes the cake IMO. For a coaster, Lightning Racer has a great classic "running light) appearance, too.
LuminousAphid Posted February 25, 2016 Author Posted February 25, 2016 Never seen one of these before, but I like it
Johnlloyd Posted February 25, 2016 Posted February 25, 2016 I personally like the more basic or classic ride lighting packages. One of my favourites is Orbiter's light package at Canada's Wonderland. I like the basic blue and orange lights that illuminate at night as they alternate while the ride is spinning. I've only seen this a few times but, I like the retro feel it gives. Another favourite light package of mine is the one on Shockwave at Canada's Wonderland. I like it how the lights on the back of the seats flash (or race) while the ride spins around at night.
