Have one day (weekday) in March to visit one of the Disney World Orlando parks. Will any of them be significantly less crowded than the other? Here are my considerations for each one - tell me which to choose:

Epcot - haven't been there since I was about three-years old (mid-twenties now) and am intrigued by the food options, as well as Test Track. Seems to be light on rides otherwise.

Animal Kingdom - never been there and like animals. Seems to be light on the rides as well.

Hollywood Studios - I love movies. Have gone a while back and went on Tower of Terror.

Magic Kingdom - Just an overall classic Disney park and the epitome of the Disney experience.

I'd say either Epcot or the Magic Kingdom (especially the latter, now that the new version of Fantasyland is open).

I haven't been to Animal Kingdom (yet), but highly recommend

that you go to the Magic Kingdom. So much there to do, ride, see, eat!

Although I might add, EPCOT for my Disney Dollar is pretty awesome, too.

If you've never been to Disneyland or the Magic Kingdom before, head to the Magic Kingdom.

Otherwise EPCOT is definitely my best pick. There aren't a lot of "rides" in the traditional sense but there is definitely plenty to see. I could spend a whole day just checking out the different pavillions around the lake. Definitely make a restaurant reservation beforehand as they do fill up, Teppan Edo is a really good option.

I would have to agree. MK offers the biggest bang for the buck ! It's totally immersive, rides, theming , food, and the best fun all around. Plus, if you are going at the right time, the longest operaring hours for your money.

Depending on when in March, because while not as awesome as Food & Wine, Flower & Garden may be happening, and the Outdoor Kitchens are awesome!

That being said, just one day would almost require some MK. Get there at rope drop, and don't leave till the end of the night!

Thanks for the feedback, all! Wasn't expecting the overwhelming support for Magic Kingdom.

Simple math. Hollywood Studios and DAK combined have somewhere around 15 actual rides open right now. Magic Kingdom has at least 35, including 4 rollercoasters. They don't represent the same value for your money.

Epcot is very fun, but you would need to want to go for the great shopping and food in addition to the decent offering of attractions. The Kingdom is the most "Disney" by far and has the most rides and good food to boot. Your choice.

If you're going to do the Magic Kingdom book your fast pass plus reservations now with the My Disney Experiences app; you'll want a fast pass for Seven Dwarfs Mine Train because while it's a short family style coaster it's got an hour and a half wait usually. If you're a coaster fan then of course you'd want to ride Space Mountain and Big Thunder. But old rides like Pirates and Haunted Mansion have had upgrades so you'd want to experience those. But new attractions like the little mermaid ride and Enchanted Tales with Belle are really magical dark ride and animatronic experiences. You'll also want to have lunch at Be Our Guest in the Beast's castle. As for Epcot, there's Mission Space which is an intense ride experience; there's Soaring which is unique; there's the new Test Track & the Finding Nemo ride in the living seas so there's a lot to see and do and EAT there too. Animal Kingdom has Expedition Everest and Dinosaur and a Disney take on a spinning coaster plus the safari ride is fantastic if you like animals. The Lion King musical and the Finding Nemo musical are great theatrical experiences too. Hollywood studios has the Toy Story Mania ride,Tower of Terror which now has six drops; the rock 'n roller coaster which goes upside down three times in the dark and star tours are also not to be missed. You just need to figure out what appeals to you most and choose that park.

If you get to the park first thing in the morning...you can be the first ones on Seven Dwarfs (like I did) and then hit up Space Mountain, Thunder Mountain, Splash Mountain, and the Haunted Mansion with little to no wait. I would try to get a Dining Reservation for Be Our Guest for dinner as well
