My first coaster was The Raven at HW, and I would like it to be my last, if I had my choice. Not the best, nor the tallest or fastest, but it has always been consistent. Can't say I ever had a bad ride on it.

Assuming I could ride one of each, for an Invert, I'd definitely say Alpengeist, for a normal-steel coaster, I305 or Smiler. Wooden: The Beast (original) or Outlaw Run.

El Toro. It would be my first and last ride on it!

This is sort of sad to think about. Part of me wants to go on my favorite, Balder, or from what I hear is a better version of Balder, T-express. But the more sappy side would be sad after my last coaster ride ever and want to be in a park that I love with non-coaster things so... Space Mountain.

 

I think ill go with the latter because I'd rather be in a park that I love after my last ride ever... so Space Mountain, i don't care if it is the TDL or WDW version.
