Hhappy Posted September 4, 2012 Author Posted September 4, 2012 (edited) Here's another Busch gardens Tampa image for you. This one was also taken last year (2011) during Busch Gardens Bash. enjoy Cheetah Hunt Edited September 4, 2012 by Hhappy
Moose Posted September 4, 2012 Posted September 4, 2012 Very nice. Are those flag/canopy things supposed to be anything? I sort of see a cheetah face in the blue one on the right.
SFOGdude25 Posted September 4, 2012 Posted September 4, 2012 ^Amazing, almost haunting in a way! Another great shot, Hanno! Sorry if this has been asked before, but what is your main camera and lense combo that you use? sorry for the delay, I've been using mutiple camera's over the years. Started with a Nikon D50. Upgraded to the D80 and at this time i'm using the D7000. Lenses.. 18-105mm and the 70-300mm are the ones i use most of the time.. So you're a Nikon guy, huh? Cool! I've been looking at several entry DSLR cameras, and I'm trying to narrow it down. Right now I'm looking at Canon since they have great video capabilities.
cal1br3tto Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 Cheetah Hunt! I hope this becomes one of my favorite rides. It looks so fun. I also love signature shots of Kumba. Stunning.
coasterbear30 Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 Cheetah Hunt! I hope this becomes one of my favorite rides. It looks so fun. I wouldn't bet on it. It is easily the most boring Intamin I've ridden.
cfc Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 I like Cheetah Hunt quite a bit--particularly the "twisty" part over the river. I think it's a very well done thrill ride for families.
Erik Johnson Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 While not thrilling, I find Cheetah Hunt to be a fun extreme family coaster. My favorite part is also the section through the rapids.
Hhappy Posted September 5, 2012 Author Posted September 5, 2012 I had been to this park multiple times.. but never noticed this bit of the theming for this ride... So yeah, nice surprise during my Halloween 2011 visit. Do i need to give a clue on park and ride name??
Moose Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 Was 2011 your visit to Wisconsin? Or was it 2010?
TPDave Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 ^ I don't recognise it but I'm not known for being the most observant person! Clue?
Hhappy Posted September 5, 2012 Author Posted September 5, 2012 Is it vaguely "Disney-y" by any chance? Now why would you think that???
Werner Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 When we guess it right, can we get a cookie?
dylanreich Posted September 5, 2012 Posted September 5, 2012 Looks like *a* Big Thunder Mountain to me. If it is, I'm not sure which one...
Hhappy Posted September 6, 2012 Author Posted September 6, 2012 Looks like *a* Big Thunder Mountain to me. If it is, I'm not sure which one... yup, add to that Halloween 2011 and it should not be too hard.. aka Orlando area. Fun ride and fun times
