SFOGdude25 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 You might be a coaster nerd if you can recite Beast's automated lift hill spiel word for word from memory. Totally guilty. I've ridden Beast a LOT.
JonnyRCT3 Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 Design roller coasters in your free time, the old fashion way.
coasterschile Posted September 8, 2014 Posted September 8, 2014 You might be a coaster nerd if you're the only one of your friends that get really excited while going to a fair
IronWolfman Posted September 9, 2014 Posted September 9, 2014 When you accidentally call the first day of school, "opening day".
rcjp Posted September 10, 2014 Posted September 10, 2014 You physically wince every time someone refers to a coaster as "The ___ " Guilty  ...you get annoyed whenever someone calls a vertical loop a "loop-de-loop".  You might be a coaster nerd if you wince and become annoyed when people call every inversion a loop. Guilty. If when going on a family vacation you manage to find a credit somewhere and they go: How do you know about all these things?
VF15 Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 ...you're the only one putting your hands up on a coaster.
rcjp Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 ^That happened to me on skyrush. When I was looking at the onride pictures I saw that I was the only out of 32 who had his hands up. If whenever someone mentions Arrow (the tv series) you think of arrow dynamics.
Sharman19 Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 If you drive your car and your coming to a hill, you go fast towards the hill. When you crest it, you scream "AIRTIME!"
gerstlaueringvar Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 ^That happened to me on skyrush. When I was looking at the onride pictures I saw that I was the only out of 32 who had his hands up.If whenever someone mentions Arrow (the tv series) you think of arrow dynamics. That show is even worse than the worst Arrow coaster I've been on  If you watch Arrow(TV-series) just because you like the name. I think it's horrible but I watch it anyway, just like I wait for the GTA result and make negative comments every year.
rcjp Posted September 11, 2014 Posted September 11, 2014 ^Haha I don't watch it. But when I first heard a friend mentioning it I though: Arrow..... Dynamics?
VF15 Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 ...you've ever put your hands up while watching a POV. (I am guilty.)
Sharman19 Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 If you see one of these and say "I smell a credit!"
Generic Name Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 If you see one of these and say "I smell a credit!" There's one of those at the mall near me that has some CP coasters in it; I know Gemini is one of them, and I think Blue Streak is another. Â That said I can pretty much do what that does by watching a TPR POV and tilt my desk chair along with it.
gerstlaueringvar Posted September 13, 2014 Posted September 13, 2014 Is that Mean Streak on the screen? Â If you want to buy one of those things to watch POV...
VF15 Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 ...the word "credit" makes you think of coaster credits rather than the financial term. ...you will be going into depression in a little over a month.
rcjp Posted September 20, 2014 Posted September 20, 2014 ...the word "credit" makes you think of coaster credits rather than the financial term. Oh so true.
coasterschile Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 ...If you relate the height of a building with the height of a coaster
VF15 Posted September 23, 2014 Posted September 23, 2014 ...you get mad when you find an incorrect coaster statistic in a math or physics textbook.
Kyle Coleman Posted September 24, 2014 Posted September 24, 2014 If you got to a movie at a regal movie theater and watch the little animated movie monorail they have play before the start of the movie and put your hands up and think to yourself" man that hill would have some pretty good airtime".
Kyle Coleman Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 Glad to see I'm not the only one who does that.
MrSum1_55 Posted September 26, 2014 Posted September 26, 2014 You have ever waited for the front row not to get a more thrilling ride, but to get a better look at the machanisms of the ride. (Lift hills, LIM's, brakes, etc...)
VF15 Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 ...whenever you hear the song "Roar" by Katy Perry, it makes you think about the "B&M roar" or the Roar clones at SFA and SFDK.
DoinItForTheFame Posted September 27, 2014 Posted September 27, 2014 ... You have a roller coaster related tattoo. *guilty*
