Well, it's Saturday in Athens! Today we're playing Louisiana-Lafayette, and I gotta say, there's really no contest here. Kick-off was at 12:21pm (a rather odd and specific time for kick-off, might I add), and we've been beating these guys to death. It's the fourth quarter, 6 minutes on the clock, and the score is UGA: 55, LU-LAF: 7.

Going off Jeff Sagarin's rankings at the end of last season Miami OH was 156 and FAMU was 167 so they aren't really that far apart

 

 

Even though it was San Jose State, I was more impressed with Alabama than I expected to be. Hopefully it was the first step to me getting to go to Arizona in January.

Hilarious UVA is down only 7-14 at halftime at USC... however it would be a totally different game if there weren't the worst refs ever screwing over everyone for laughs. Any thoughts on this game or the general hilarity of the ACC?

GT vs. UVA on the 9th should be interesting. I'll be there. From what I saw today UVA kind of beat expectations and GT... didn't.

eh, I still feel ok. Passing game killed us today - when we hit the target, the receiver dropped it. When the receiver was open, he didn't make the right move. When he was wide open, we threw a bad pass. They just couldn't put it together and execute, but I really can't see the team being that bad all year

Wow, that QB from Michigan is looking good. Everyone else is second place in the Heisman race right now. But watching UM beat ND, he is ALL of Michigan's offense.
