kitkat12 Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 I don't want this to be copywrite and help me with my spelling. I think this might be RCT4. The link does not work so type it in you'r explorer bar. http://rct3holland.nl/nieuws/158
traincrossin Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 Link isn't working even after copying and pasting. How long has a RCT4 rumor been going on anyways? So many people are making custom scenery and rides that I don't think that they will make another one.
kitkat12 Posted April 21, 2009 Author Posted April 21, 2009 Try Typing it in on you'r explorer that is how i get it up. I think there is a picture to.
jps294 Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 I put the link on Google and I found it. The only thing is that you need to translated it.
megamatt Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 Theme Park Builder 3D is taking the place of RCT3. Here is the link- http://www.tpb3d.net
andyuk200523 Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 One word.......fake, I cannot see Atari taking the Rollercoaster Tycoon franchise any further, at the moment you still need a pretty top spec PC in order to run RCT3 and all the add-ons with a large park, there is no way they would release or be working on a new version with more intensive graphics, the requirements would rule so many people out of getting this game. If you do a google image search for RCT4 you find a few mock ups that look pretty realistic and genuine, but I truly believe it isn't gonna happen. Just my 2p (cents, I suppose!) Andrew
Xpress Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Yep, totally fake. As for the pic on the first linky, it's a pic of Maverick at Cedar Point, this pic: --just without the maverick logo.
hyyyper Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Wow, the new RCT4 will be 3DStudioMax, this will make my life complete
Speeddeamon128 Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Theme Park Builder 3D looks awesome! Where do you buy the game or do you have to download it like NL?
BelgianGuy Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Man this does look awesome but my question is how "user friendly this will be to use, man I'm having a hard time making a good NL coaster, let alone a complete 3d park that works with same basic system of making a park, I bet the things you could pull off with this is like nothing you could ever do with a coastersim but I bet it won't be an easy one to master if you want it to look good.
dmaxsba2408 Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 Isn't Doctor J the guy who made the object editor for RCT2 and a few other utilities? Wasn't he also one of the people working on RCT-GL before RCT3 came out? If so, he happens to be the administrator for that forum. Maybe it is real.
AlmereStars Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 that is sooooooow old and really fake!! RCT Holland isn't a site which you can trust with these kind of things (I don't like the site in anyway though )
dmaxsba2408 Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 ^^^ ... Here is the link- http://www.tpb3d.net What does RCTHolland have to do with anything, the site is called "Theme Park Builder 3D". The link is in the quote.
terrancew_hod Posted April 22, 2009 Posted April 22, 2009 I believe that site has been up for at least a year. From what I previously gleaned, some people that used to do custom scenery for RCT3 was working on a project to make a theme park simulator similar to nolimits. It looks like that they finally have the forum open; you'll just have to wait to see if anything ever gets releases. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting though. This is definitely not RCT4 like Kitkat suggested. Kitkat, I think you're on thin ice creating these types of threads. You really need to be looking at how other people creates threads because I don't think you're doing them right.... and you've been a member for a while. Terry
