The theme of this photoshop contest was to design a new attraction in the spirit of the "Scream on Scream!" Fright Frest attraction at Magic Mountain.

 

It didn't have to rhyme and it didn't have to be Fright Fest...it just had to keep us entertained!

You know what's funny, I went to Karaoke last week and someone sang that song. I was sitting at my table laughing like a maniac. And then the guy thought I was laughing at how he was singing and I was trying to explain to him the photoshop contest. So, thanks Stormfreak. From now on, anytime I hear that song I think of you...and your Rick Roller Coaster!

Here's the funny thing. I started hearing all the "Rick Roll" stuff, and I thought it was hilarious.... then one day I had my iPod on random, and I realized I had the song on my iPod from some 80's collection. It was exciting to be rick-rolled by my own iPod....

 

The whole fad is starting to wear off, but I thought it worked well for this contest.

 

I only like the song because I enjoy cheesy 80's stuff... and it fits the bill!

Speaking of Rick-Rolling, a buddy of mine has friends up in mall security near the store where he works. The other day, security made some announcement, called him out by name, and played the song. He sent me a txt saying he got Rick-Rolled by the mall. For some reason, I thought that meant he got fired, so I called him. He cleared everything up and had a good laugh of it.

 

I know it didn't make the cut, but Chris Hanson on Predator is an honorable mention.
