JT3000 Posted September 10, 2005 Posted September 10, 2005 There's a new update on the site. It's... interesting, to say the least. Body Collectors in particular. Just go to the map for Gorewood Forest (JP) and prepare for a bloody good time! Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Some of the audio is hard to understand, so make sure you have your speakers up while clicking on items.

Damien666 Posted September 21, 2005 Posted September 21, 2005 OMG! Here's my reaction to Terror Mines, "Hmm...OH S@!#,OH S@!$!" Repeat many times. That got me good! I needed to lie down a bit! The furry got scared good and fell off his chair!
Florida420 Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 This kind of has to do with HHN, but last years not this year, and since this thread is already open, I figured I will just do it here. I was looking at last years stuff for something and found my frequent fear pass and it made me laugh, so I thought I would share it with all of you. Just so you know why I did it, I will show you the picture from the back of last years event guide first and then my stupid self. As you will see my lighting wasn't as good as the guy in the flyer, but I had fun doing it anyway. Enjoy  Check this guy out, he looks terrified, right. So I thought it would be funny to try the same thing and here's me (the classic idiot) that thing you see to the left of my face is my friend peeking around the pole in the back, who didn't want to be seen with me doing that. Now she's seen with me forever in this card, I got her ass LOL.
Ghost Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 Aww im gonna miss you by one day lol lol. I was gonna stay on to the 12th but I thought I didnt wanna spend my birthday screaming! 23 going to 24... yeah, no screams yet.... but soon, as you are getting older, you'll scream on every B'day so you might as well go to HHN
WildMouse Posted September 22, 2005 Posted September 22, 2005 jarmor, Florida420 and Mulchpuppy thanks a lot for the advice people, gonna book the tickets today I think. Hi UKParkGeek. Would be interesting to hear what this event is like from a Brits perspective, especially in comparison to UK events like Thorpe Park's Fright Nights etc. So if you do go, a review would be very welcome This years event looks amazing, and if all goes to plan, I'll be attending next years HHN.
Florida420 Posted September 26, 2005 Posted September 26, 2005 They got more stuff done on the site, in the 2 hollows, not quite as cool as the mines, but they only have one more area to go . If anyone can tell me what's uo with the typewriter in cold blind terror...I'm all ears. P All "only 2.5 weeks left yippie!!!"
CoasterEricHP Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 My friend is working at the Mines and she said that they are giving out mining helmets with lights on the top when you go in.. how freaky would that be?! I think that'd be a lot of helmets though so we'll see if that turns out to be true or not. Eric
Florida420 Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 I really hope those helmets don't muss up my hair 8) BYOL  P All "Bring Your Own Lysol"
DATman Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 could someone explain RUN to me, it sounded like fun, but i'm really confused by it right now
Florida420 Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 Run?? what are you talking about?? Terra Guard Run? Run DMC? Runway? Runaway? P All " my name is Paul, but you can call me "P"......hit it Run!"
twistedmickey Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 I have been looking around trying to find out which rides will be open this weekend. Does anyone know? I would appreciate it. Oh and about the maze. Its open on Peak Nights. I think they are going to have scareactors in there running around with the guests.
JT3000 Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 could someone explain RUN to me, it sounded like fun, but i'm really confused by it right now Run from HHN 11 or this year's Rat Run? They're both basically chain link fence mazes. Run was a full-fledged house with revolving gates that would separate you from your party, while Rat Run will just be an outdoor maze with a couple scareactors in it. There are also big red buttons set up around the outside of the maze for guests to push. This will set off an effect that will screw with the people inside the maze.
NitroJoeC Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 ^Which houses look the best this year (I'm assuming you've seen most of them)? Joe "eagerly awaiting Saturday!" C.
JT3000 Posted September 27, 2005 Posted September 27, 2005 Me? Nope. I haven't seen the indoor houses personally. Word on the street though is that Blood Ruins, Where Evil Hides and Terror Mines look the best. Chainsawwolf.com is a good place to get opinions from scareactors who have been to rehearsals and seen this stuff in action. As well as HHNjournals.com Pictures of Rat Run (and Marvel) - http://www.nicksvideo.com/hhnxv/
JT3000 Posted September 30, 2005 Posted September 30, 2005 Bump. You can see some cool promotional photos from the Orlando Sentinel here: http://www.ioacentral.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=7941
