Please reply with all of your congrats and compliments on this achievement. Thanks, haux Seriously: I ain't joking. I have 1,000 rides on Raptor now. That's flipping upside-down 6,000 times. verticalzero Posted September 4, 2007 Share Posted September 4, 2007 Congratulations Alex, that is some record of riding 1 coaster a 1,000 times. What do the Ops say to you when they see you q'ing..? Keep going, maybe Cedar Point might give you something special when you reach 5,000 times. I rode it 3 times when I visited CP, that last helix is a "grey-out" area. I think you were only at like 200 something at that time though. We missed each other by a day, I was there on Sunday. It was crazy busy, and Raptor was down the first half of the day (with a giant crane at the top of the lift). I got my ride though, and it was running better than ever, super fast throughout. Ops were slow as hell though. Congrats. 1,000 cycles on Raptor is no mean feat. I've never seen a short line for it. Were most of these cycles during the early park entry?
