My Dad Has upgraded it with a few things, I don't really know what he did to it, but it is an awesome Computer and I like it a lot.

Unfortunately, due to me moving to Kingston, my Dad says he wants to keep the Computer, so I'll be buying myself a Laptop soon, I'm still looking.

Damn! Those aren't even OUT yet! How'd you get one DOOD?!??

You go to the local university auction. Wait for the 50's and 60's electronics memorabilia lot to come up. Then you bid!

As for my computing power

iMac G3 - 700mhz. The perfect laptop for Theme Park Review forum hopping. Or would that be forum iHopping. Darn, Im getting hungry all the sudden. Mmmmmm pancakes.

Dell Inspiron P4 2.6 ghz - Perfect for collecting worms, virii, and other trojan horses.

As for Sideloop naming her Mac, that is perfectly normal. Mine is named WOZ. The greatest EE ever!

Hercules LCD ftw !

On the photo: Hercules 17" LCD, 320GB Toshiba external hard drive, Guillemot subwoofer ( ) and Logitech desktop stuff. The actual computer is underneath the desk...working hard. Like Chinese people in an Apple factory. You can see an Apple on the screen...Eric Wills

On the left, you can see part of my Niki Lauda / Ferrari teddy bear and on the right there's a Ferrari Enzo scale model. Ferrari ftw! Hope they win the F1 championship at the end of the month.

"I can see my sig from up here!"

Another PC user - welcome to the tiny club. We live in a minority, mate. Live the minority strong. Live it strong.

BTW, kudos on having a TON of logitech stuff - I just got this new "invisible optics" mouse that doesn't need to use a laser. It kills the crap out of any other mouse I've ever driven. (lol, driven. Hah.)

Well, considering I can't sleep and Chuck linked this topic from a recently locked thread...

My Computer

OS: Dual Boot Windows Vista Ultimate x32 and x64

Motherboard: Asus P5W DH Deluxe

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.4GHz

Memory: 3GB Total / [2] 1GB DDR2 667 / [2] 512MB DDR2 667

Video Card: EVGA GeForce 8800 GT 512MB

Hard Drive 1: Western Digital Caviar SE16 250GB 7200 RPM

Hard Drive 2: Western Digital Caviar SE16 250GB 7200 RPM

Hard Drive 3: Western Digital Caviar SE16 750GB 7200 RPM

Optical Drive 1: LITE-ON Blu-ray DVD-ROM

Optical Drive 2: [2] NEC 16X DVD±R DVD Burner

Power Supply: 700W

Sound Card: Creative Sound Blaster Audigy SE 5.1Ch

Speakers: Logitech X-230 2.1Ch

Monitor: SCEPTRE X20G-Naga III 20.1" Widescreen HD

That's as of right now, but I recently ordered some high end memory to take advantage of Vista x64. My motherboard can handle 8GB, so obviously I bought 8GB! Though they wont run at full speed unless I slightly overclock, so soon my CPU will run even faster.

I use the computer for SolidWorks CAD and some high-end games like Crysis. It's also a small home theater with amazing Blu-ray support. Now I just need an HDTV...

CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo Q6600 quad core processor overclocked to 3.29GHz

Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme

Memory: 4GB (plan on eventually upgrading to 8GB)

Video Card: ZOTAC GeForce 8800 GT 512MB

Hard Drive 1: Western Digital Caviar 500GB 7200 RPM (Mac OS X)

Hard Drive 2: Western Digital Caviar 500GB 7200 RPM (Video and misc on two partitions)

Hard Drive 3: Western Digital Caviar 250GB 7200 RPM (Windows XP)

Optical Drive: Pioneer SATA Dual Layer DVD Burner

Power Supply: 550W high efficiency

Bluetooth USB module

Monitor: Dell 20.1" Widescreen

Keyspan USB Remote Control for Front Row

iSight webcam

Wireless: atheros 5008 mini-PCIe (a/b/g/n) via mini-PCIe to PCI express adapter.

My choice of wireless adapter, while more expensive, allows me to connect to Apple's Time Capsule at 802.11N 5ghz for wireless backups. Now I'm looking for a wireless keyboard to replace the one that just crapped out. I also have to configure my bluetooth mouse that's been sitting on my desk for weeks.

500 GB Hard Drive

250 GB Hard Drive (external)

A kick butt video card

a Hi-Def monitor with TV card

Did I happen to mention it's a gaming computer? It's a kickin machine, and if I can find my mom's camera. I'm going to take a pic of it, it's a pretty cool computer.
