I'm personally a bigger fan of facebook. MySpace has it's advantages with being able to be friends with anybody and find new music, but Facebook is simpler and I knew of it long before I knew of MySpace.

I like facebook better because of its photo album feature. Also, random people don't try to add me on Facebook. lol.

What do you mean there's 0 results for "niiicolaaah"?

Yes, privacy is good.

I've never been even remotely tempted by MySpace, although I did register just so I could view my friends' pictures. Facebook however I really like, I like how easy it is to use and the simple looks and features. It's a cool (and as others have said, pretty much private) way of keeping in touch with people over the summer, and friends I haven't really seen since high school and college, without being pestered by random netkids.

Another vote for facebook. I pretty much have a myspace account so I can view pictures on friends accounts. Luckily I'm not awesome enough to have many random people trying to add me. Facebook is good for keeping in touch with friends I don't otherwise see or talk to. I also got back in touch with a few friends from elementary school.

The minimal privavcy that myspace does have bugs the hell out of me.

I hate when people set there pages to private.

If you dont want a public page, dont go on myspace.

I hate digging out an older thread like this, but I MUCH prefer Facebook to MySpace. I haven't spent more than about 5 minutes on MySpace since it was created (which is impressive considering MySpace accounted for 5% of all Web traffic last month), mostly because of how messy, cluttered, and thoroughly disorganized MySpace is, but throw in the creep factor and there goes MySpace. At least Facebook has some semblance of privacy.

Well talk about resurrecting a dead thread, but this was too great.

I was looking at a group on facebook (It's Not My Fault What You Said Can Be Misconstrued as A Sexual Innuendo) and I found this picture.

Facebook, because most myspace pages make my eyes bleed.

Matt

+1.

Most myspace pages are so badly designed that you can't even read the page.

Facebook is much better for not letting people customize their pages to that point.

It isn't perfect though. (the add ons kind of get annoying)

Yay for facebook. It's SO useful for uni. Keeping in touch with everyone is simple, I love photo albums and its really good for stalking people!...

facebook was pretty cool till they went all myspace and opened it up and added a bunch of glitz. Yeah, I like my "where Ive been map" and stuff but still... its overall kinda lame

This is the truth. I have a few of the new applications, mostly sports related, but facebook was so much better back when it did have all the extra jazz and was only open to college students. Heck, I still remember the uproar everybody made when the creators said they were going to open it to high schoolers. Oh well, it's still better than myspace.

Sorry Trixie, I do not want to add you as my friend and go to your other site that has the pictures myspace won't allow you to post.
