Hersheypark (HP) Discussion Thread

It's just a turn to me....and a fun one at that. -
You know, I actually caught a re-run of this not too long ago, and had forgotten how well written and funny it was. I can't lie either, it was one of my favorites during its initial run. On top of that, the humor was definitely pretty risque and "cutting edge" for when it aired.

Sorry to double post, but concerning that new Juke, this can't be good. But hey, at least it was identified early, I guess.

Nürburgring launched coaster
BeemerBoy replied to thomas2's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^ That would definitely be a great experience! I'd probably hold out for this one, but still, glad you enjoyed it! Also, as a side note, I'm glad the coaster is dead. Score one for the locals! -
As many times as "Touche" has been used on this page, I was beginning to think it was a new vehicle.

^ Nice! Merely speculation, but it beats the hell out of discussing Harry Potter to death.... Thoughts on a possible "Wondersea Island" water park in the future? And before anyone points out that it's registered to Universal City Studios LLC, Universal City, CA.......so is this, and this, and all the rest too.

"Hey Farva, what's the name of that restaurant you like with all the goofy s**t on the walls and the mozzarella sticks?" -
^ That remains Porsche's "New Coke."

Mirabilandia Discussion Thread

I don't know. Judging by the catamaran twin-engined illustration, I suspect these ride vehicles will pull at least 800hp. I just hope the ride ops don't need to continually shut things down due to rough seas. -
First off, "incase" is two words. Secondly, that sentence was just a tad bit insulting.......just a tad. And yeah, "lost the game." What? A little humor in a presentation is always okay, but if it leaves your audience shaking their heads, then you missed your mark. On a positive note, I now know what Prezi is.

^ I doubt many could maintain it though. -
Nothing surprises me.

How does leaving St. Louis "possibly ruin his legacy as a Cardinal"? He did what he did there, and now he's gone. It's not like his St. Louis stats get erased now. The only way his "legacy" gets tarnished is if it comes out that he juiced it like a certain other Cardinal....who, by the way, was pretty much forgiven after years of lies. Just sayin'. At least he's not like A-fraud, who needed to go to a powerhouse team in order to selfishly secure a "legacy."

^ Well, the Giants were voted into the SuperBowl that year by the league's coaches, press, and super computers. Oh, wait.

biosciking's So Cal Thread

Awesome report, and thanks for posting! We've gotta get over to the Asheville location now! -
Source I'll take the lesser of two evils. Go LSU.

DUDE, you're just not getting it. All you're doing is continually proving our point......all of those rides/attractions are based on franchises that were seemingly "dead" at one point. How is Harry Potter any different by your definition??? Has it not been proven, that in Hollywood, projects never die....they just hibernate? Seriously, I'm all for logical discussions, but this is going nowhere fast. If you "get it better than me," then at least quote me correctly. Thanks.

So why bother worrying about engine size, gas mileage, insurance, etc. etc.? Six months isn't even enough time to create an a$$ groove in the driver's seat.
