How is the liability handled for a flowrider? Do they make you sign a waiver or sit through a quick briefing or anything? -

I was surprised by Thunderbird, especially the forcefulness of the launch, and the speed of the 0g roll. Scenery: Thunderbird > Wild Eagle > X-Flight (Though Wild Eagle still has the best view at the top of its lift, Thunderbird has the best interaction with the surrounding area.) Comfort: Thunderbird > X-Flight > Wild Eagle (The lap restraint is still way too tight and feels like it's stabbing into my hip socket, but at least the vest doesn't lock down.) Pacing: Thunderbird > Wild Eagle > X-Flight Intensity: Thunderbird > Wild Eagle > X-Flight -

I'm guessing they'll expand the water park into that area (I'm hoping for a trapdoor speed slide complex), and hopefully add some (non-fluffy) "locking storage receptacles" that are closer to Thanksgiving and Kima Bay (unless there are some over there already that I didn't know about). -

Wildebeest is definitely my new favorite water slide. That airtime in the back seat -

How smooth is Voyage this season, compared to, say... 7 years ago? Also which seat offers the smoothest ride? -

Thunderhead is still a top 5 wooden coaster for me. I definitely wouldn't call it rough. -

Seems like it would be an odd choice for an RMC conversion to me. It's a very linear layout. -
Yeah, they were one of my favorite teams. Glad to see them win. Not gonna lie, I really wanted Mike & Rochelle to win, though I knew it was a slim chance. Also, I had been expecting Jelani & Jenny to do really well on that last memory challenge. For a while, it looked like they were going to pull into the lead. Hayley's mistake on the rappelling tower is the one thing cost them the race. That must have been really disappointing for both of them

The Ellen Degeneres Show Discussion Thread.

Some people argue that Youtube and TV shouldn't cross over, but I think this is pretty cool. I've always thought Ellen should bring more popular Youtubers on her show. What I wouldn't give to see the Vlogbrothers, Freddie Wong, Glozell, or Miranda Sings on the Ellen show... ...but not PewDiePie, sorry, just... no Also, I like that her sponsors are getting even more generous with their donations. They used to top out at $50k: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQlyCNZnx08 -

predictions for the finale: 1. Hayley & Blair. They're actually trying to cooperate now, or maybe Haley's whining was just edited out to make her more likeable before the finale. 2. Jelani & Jenny 3. Laura & Tyler 4. Mike & Rochelle

I really enjoy fictional settings (that's why I play so many video games), but I usually have trouble paying attention to fictional stories, especially in the Tolkien-esque fantasy genre. My mind wanders too easily, especially when I'm trying to remember a bunch of names that are difficult to pronounce, or when the author starts throwing around fantasy jargon that the audience is assumed to already know. I'm just like "No, I don't know what a mage or a druid are; and as soon as you tell me, I'm going to forget it again, because it's just not that important to me, sorry." I think Harry Potter and the Mass Effect series would be the main exceptions for me, though. I really got into those stories.
