I think you can make reservations at your hotel too (if you stay at a Universal hotel)...that makes it alot easier because when you check in you can make a reservation.

This is exactly what has happened to my ipod several times! My brother usually fixes it, but I think what he does is he re-installs a program that I think is called Ipod Installer (something like that)...he restarts the computer and tries to update. It usually works, but when it doesn't, we just go to the Apple store (we make an appointment at the 'smart bar') and see what they can do.
