Is Goofy whipping Donald in this picture? Great report Adam! I'm going to lose a man card for saying this, but all of those flowers looked very pretty -

Found this on Holiday World's Twitter. Poor Paula. Good luck to everyone who entered! -
Photo TR: The Brit Crew go to Alton Towers
traincrossin replied to Divv3k's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Sonic the hedgehog, you can't catch what you can't see. Boy does that bring back memories! I loved the Sonic series and that retheme looks great along with Rita's. Thirteen really is haunted, am I the only one that sees the orb? Despite the hype, I think that it's a solid new attraction for Alton and the "secret" element is very unique. I'm glad that the Brit Crew had a fun time! -
West Coast Bash 2010 Photo & Video Updates!
traincrossin replied to Hhappy's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
Glad you guys are having fun over at West Coast Bash, I wish I could be there to be a part of all the fun! Maybe a Midwest Bash? Random question, but isn't a train from Cedar Point at Knott's getting worked on? I'd rather not. -
The Brochure/Map Trade Topic

^Sometimes you can go to a park's website and they may have a special form to request a brochure, but sometimes what they send out isn't the actual brochure. -
Club TPR is Coming in March!

Just out of curiosity, how will park discounts work? Will you simply show your Club TPR card when you're getting tickets? -
Erik & Smisty's Florida Oddventures

I remember those mini-golf courses the last time I went to Disney as a kid! Unfortunately some holes were closed because they were painting them or something. They look like fun though and i'm glad you had a fun time! Keep these awesome updates coming, I love reading them -
Holiday World (HW) Discussion Thread
traincrossin replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Hmm, I never knew there was a technical word for that. Thank you. But he is right, that bump goes between your legs and then there is the back part of the seat. Also the black part is the only actual part of the seat you sit on, the rest is just a mold for it. -
Cedar Point (CP) Discussion Thread
traincrossin replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Yes, the bigger hill comes before the smaller hill. In regards to the splash, the boats are the same ones used on Pilgrims Plunge at Holiday World. When they announced it, Holiday World said that it was going to make the biggest splash ever and yet it doesn't. Does anybody think that Cedar Point may have the same problems in regards to the splash size? -

Club TPR is Coming in March!
traincrossin replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
^^Let's compare this to a brand new coaster opening. Everyone is all excited for the new ride, but when details and layouts are released some people start complaining. When the coaster finally opens it is up to each individual to form their own opinions about the ride. Sure, Club TPR won't appeal to everyone, but I know that there are tons of people here on Theme Park Review who are dying to join on day 1 for this unique coaster club. You have put so much work into Club TPR Robb and it can only grow from here. It would be a shame to quit now and disappoint people. I for one am very excited to see what Club TPR has in store for all of us! -
Photo & Video TR: Kiddieland 9-26-09
traincrossin replied to traincrossin's topic in Photo Trip Report Archive
I believe someone bought it at the Kiddieland auction and tried to resell it on eBay for double what they bought it for. No one bought it from eBay so I don't know what's happened to it. Thank you Robb for posting my trip report on the front page of TPR! -

^The coasters are looking great, but those buildings in the second picture look a little bland. Can't wait to see more! -
New Years Trip: Waterslides and Coasters in the snow, Knuckleheads Well, time for another update from the Dells! Because it's winter right now, I decided to head on over to Knuckleheads. The TPR Park Index overlords will love this because it hasn't been covered yet! It's a fairly nice family entertainment center with bowling, rides, and games. I was also able to snap some pics of coasters and waterslides in the snow. In the full photo trip report I checked out some ski hills and took a couple nicer pics from The Wilderness. Enjoy! I got a new camera so hopefully the pictures are higher quality. I was able to upload all of my Kiddieland videos so be sure to check those out as well. I should be going to Six Flags Great America opening day and Grad Night. I'll also be traveling to Holiday World and Mt. Olympus this season. I always love seeing pictures of waterslides and coasters in the snow. Here’s the outdoor slides of the Kalahari. I missed the ferris wheel, so I got the wall instead. The funnel from The Great Wolf Lodge. This is the place in the Dells that has MagiQuest. Noah’s Ark, home to the world’s largest aqualoop. Sorry about all of the power lines, but here’s Mt. Olympus. Look, a giant wooden horse! I will ride you sometime this year Hades! Sexy. I’m pretty sure Hades goes over the speed limit though. Hellcat/Avalanche from Timber Falls Adventure Park. Hello Knuckleheads! Why are we here? Because you have a coaster credit and i'm a credit whore! Knucklehead’s is actually a nice place. They’ve got bowling, an arcade, and some smaller amusement rides. I thought it was nice that they both normal bowling and cosmic bowling at the same time. Go-Karts Ooh, they have a glow necklace dispenser! They’ve also got a mini-himalaya I love mini-bowling! I’m not much better at it than normal bowling though. Here’s the real reason why we’re here, a coaster! And now it's time for more pictures of a kiddie coaster than you actually need. I was able to touch the ceiling on that hill. HELIX OF DEATH!!! The train They’ve even got a bit of theming. Love that carpet! HELIX OF DEATH!!! You really do get slammed into the side here. Knuckleheads has a bunch of these little kiddie rides. This is Baja Buggy. Zamperla, sign of quality? They’ve got this cool drum game. I thought they only had these in Japan! Flying Tigers Looks like a fun little kids ride Best ticket redemption game ever? I think so. This is a Jeff Johnson approved credit. Bumper cars underneath some sweet lights XD Theater = seats that tilt back and forth Wall of prizes! These spring rides are pretty fun I went on the one at Kiddieland (RIP) and liked it. Tornado! And that’s it from Knuckleheads. Thanks for reading!

The Wisconsin dells does have a MagiQuest, it's connected to Great Wolf Lodge and they're building one in the Chicago area at Yorktown Center Here's proof that MagiQuest is fun for more than little kids. Erik and Misty's Smoky Mountain Adventures I mean sure, it won't appeal to everyone, but I think that enough people will like it to keep it going and there will be many people who would try it again.
