Since i didn't like the selectiveness of the "First drop on woodies" topic, I decided to start a topic about the best drops on ANY ride. Coaster or not. Woodies -I like the death drop on Raven. -The drop down to the water on Cornball is awesome in the backseat. Steel -The droping part of the "2nd loop" on Mindbender at SFoG is great. Other -Achrophobia -I liked Plunge before they neutered it.

^I like Disaster Transport. I miss the Soap Box racers.

Or make the TPR logo letters out of gamster cage tubing.

SFoG really is one of my favorite SF parks. You really should have ridden Achrophobia since it's pretty much the best drop tower.

First off, I love how your kid is cool enough to let you guys ride! A lot of peopel I know who have kids say their kid would have freaked out or something! Good job Dallas! Second, I LOVE The Block. If you didn't, next time go into the LoveSac store, they'll let you lay down in there for a while if you don't wanna walk for a while. That store is awesome. The theatre is nice there too, and the arcade there(Powerhouse, I believe) has a few DDR machines and pay-bowling game that probably would have been better, and lazer tag! ^You know it's bad when a ride is rough enough to make the designers forget how many inversions they put on their own ride.

I think i might buy a shirt with Togo in a heart.... because nobody would get it except coaster people.

Wait until you go through the incline helix! It's best part of the ride! Except for maybe the lift... so much character in that lift.

I would hope that HKDL's land won't sink like Kansai's.

^I don't think putting a Togo in any SF property would do anything but make it MORE depressing. Plus, Elitches has the half-pipe and it looks fun.

I wonder how the new train rides? I really think Mindbender is one of the better rides at SFoG so I'll have to see if I can make it this year. Haven't been in a while.

^Now THAT would have been a god one to have the dive loop, because they could have made it gow down farther and then hop up into a barrel roll instead of just dropping straight into barrel rolls.

Am I the only person who thinks it's totally sweet how SF parks are doing their own construction updates?

^Yeah, thats what I mean,t they don't have as many attractions. What they have there looks really great from what I've seen, there just isn't much. No doubt it'll be a nice park and will draw crowds when it opens, but will gardens and shows be enough to bring people back in order to generate the incentives to add more rides is my question. Oriental people are really strange, so maybe it will, but I just can't see the park being a return destination.

^Yeah, but you figure 3/5 of ACE isn't getting laid so they wouldn't know if they were gay or straight anyway.
