^A dark day indeed. Disney's best thrill coaster reduced to a lack of air time. I still don't understand why they did that...I mean, it would not've stopped the trains from bumping.

SkyHawk isn't that loud, so I don't think it will be too much of a problem for them. I just hope it swings more, as looking at the ground from that height was crazy!

Dan: The Ride

I finally organized something that didn't die! A big group of friends and I are going to see Nightmare Before Christmas at the El Capitan in Hollywood on the 22nd. I can't wait!!

My best friend of 4 years decides to skip my own birthday party. I mean, I guess the fact that I always remembered her birthday meant nothing to her. She went to some football game, started smoking, and just quit. I mean, I went to all of her stupid school dances where I didn't know anyone, and I throw a party and she decides that she doesn't know anyone (which wasn't even true), so she shouldn't come.

Man, that was a funny episode. The only downer is that the guy with no life never said anything. I really hoped that he would've complained about them having no lives. Ah well, it still rocked.

I actually prefer SFMM to SFGAdv. Nitro was okay, nothing amazing, and while El Toro is one of my favorite rides (if not number 1), the operations were just ghastly for that ride. SFMM really does have a better selection of thrill rides. Honestly, no other park has as many good (not the best, but good) coasters as SFMM. CP is close, but SFMM has better versions of some of their rides, whilst CP does best maybe 2 of SFMM's coasters. Also, SFMM has the most unique selection of coasters, with all of 5 clones out of 16 working coasters (17 if you count rust piles). If they gave that park as much effort as they are giving SFGAdv, which really is sub-par with coasters, and has a really crowded/cramped atmosphere, SFMM could be an amazing park.

I say it becomes Pixarland!!! Or, they could just put a couple ziplines on the island and call it a day. I'd be pretty satisfied. The probelm I have with the island is that the fort was really boring. It was a set piece with no life. There was no action, it was just sitting there. If there were things like slides and swings, and other little fun things like that, it'd be miles better. If they had a little gunfight show in the fort, or did something haunted in the graveyard at night, it'd be just amazing. I mean, if there was just tons to explore and interact with, it would be one of the best things that could happen to the park.

He isn't fixing the chain. He's selling off the bad parks to make the chain look good. SFMM could be a decent park if he just tried. Isn't that his job, anyway? It isn't byond repair, but he wants to sell it any way? It is so stupid. If he fixed it up, it could easily be the flagship park again, as SFGAdv is just a nightmare with operations, and they don't know how to handle El Toro in any way. SFMM at least had a better run in the beginning of Tatsu, but now they fail at that. If he just made an effort and raised their budget, he could fix that place, and he'd be so happy he didn't sell it. I think it'd be funny if he sold it, another chain bought it, fixed it, and it did better than SFGAdv.

So long as they bring back the Nightmare shop, I'll be happy. Too bad that won't happen...

My probelm with this park is that there is no transition into Hell's Way. There's somewhat of a mainstreet, and then there's a random darkride plopped down next to a classic style street. I'd suggest putting a waveswinger or Carousel there, to keep the theme constant. Do an area for specificly themed rides, like a Haunted area, a space area, etc. Kinfd of like Disneyland or other theme parks.

^Like Critter Country. It's such a tiny land, it seems like it should've been an extention of Frontierland or NO Square. It would've made more sense. Or, if it at least had more than 2 rides to draw visitors over there, and give Pooh some kind of line
