  1. In Rainbows - Radiohead
  2. Viper. I'm the perfect height for arrow restraints, so this ride is actually smooth for me and I love it.
  3. ^And then your lover can kill themselves while you sleep.
  4. ^^Right now, XP is still more reliable as it has been tested and fixed countless times. Vista is still new. Given time, it will be the software it ought to be. That being said, it runs great on our new Gateway.
  5. El Toro Maverick Griffon X Deja Vu Tatsu Scream Space Mountain (DL's remodeled version) California Screamin Mulholland Madness
  6. It's a true sign of professionalism when they take public criticism of the event and work on fixing it immediately. I'm extremely impressed by Universal.
  7. Are they getting the Sasquatch animatronic as well?
  8. ^Deja Vu has been pretty reliable in recent years, and, well, no one really rides Superman anyway.
  9. They do seem to be taking it apart rather carefully for me to think it's going away forever. My bet is that, for now, it will go into storage, and my prayer is that it becomes the replacement for Psyclone at SFMM.
  10. Across the Universe.
  11. I just think it's hilarious that after 8 years of English, a majority of teenagers in America are still bad at grammar. I shudder to think about how many times I have heard someone say funner. It's kind of sad, really, when teens are admitting that most of them can't spell or write well. V That wasn't ironic at all, was it? It's funny, because I wouldn't normally ever make that mistake...
  12. ^It's going by Bugs Bunny and his terrbile carnival rides.
  13. Across the Universe is my life.
  14. Going to the GT game was a blast. Especially because I went with a bunch of GT fans.
  15. ^I thought that total stylus control would suck as well, but they really put an effort into it and it plays very well!
  16. ^Really? I didn't think the footprint would be that big. Unless they aren't using all of the space, or are putting in a few flats.
  17. ^Did I say exact? No I did not. The piece in front certainly looks like it's for the first drop, looking at the way the support will connect with the track. I don't think any oterh hill is going to be as steep as that looks. And the rail bit was sarcasm...
  18. ^^You can see the rails. They're those round orange things attatched to the trak that curve slightly at both ends of the pice. The yellow bit that sticks out like a triangle will be where the support connects, and will probably be facing straight down. Using that, you can very fairly judge the angle of the drop.
  19. Take into acount that I've been to the park all of one time, which was not this season (when they supposedly cleaned up), and it was when they had the absolute worst operations I have seen. The crew on El Toro was absolutely pathetic and inefficient. And, again, having been to parks with better coasters of almost every type (El Toro and Kingda Ka being the sole exception, and many of these being at SFMM), I was extremely dissapointed in the park. And, yes, it was really crowded and really dirty. Were there any breakdowns? Only Kingda Ka broke down and I didn't mind in the least, as I had been on TTD. All of the things I found fault with were not out of the park's control (except for crowds). And about it being the nicest themed? If you take out Kingda Ka and El Toro's respective "lands", all you get are some extremely hideous ice cream buildings that are in desparate need of paint. Is it a decent park? Yes. Is it the best SF park? Not in the least. SFMM is better in my opinion, and there are better SF parks than that, too. ^I'm not saying they aren't good, it's just neither of them wowed me as I've been on better B&M Hypers and I've been on Scream. I found Nitro to have very little air towards the back, versus Apollo's Chariot, which gave superb backseat rides every time I went on.
  20. Question: Why do you advertise Jack in your posters but still not use either the Carnival of Carnage theme or advertise him as the host? It's confusing, especally because he is new to the California scene.
  21. The Wii has almost surpassed the 360 in sales ALREADY. Holy crap.
  22. ^You can't even wear it, though. For such a steep price, you'd think they would.
  23. But do you remember when SF said they want to make Gadv the "crown jewel" of the chain. Anyways, I was thinking, an X car coaster would fit perfectly in Chiller's place. One with the giant inverted lift. If it is their crown jewel, it's a really really crappy one. I mean, it's crowded as heck, half the rides break down, have either terrible capacity or ops, or they're just over-hyped rides that are truly nothing special. SF really needs to realize what a dump that park is. It was dirtier than SFMM the time I went, and it has maybe two truly thrilling rides (El Toro and Kingda Ka).
