    The Great Movie Ride is a hive of satanic evil, and should be removed immediately for the safety of all humanity. Horrible, horrible attraction. And yeah, MGM really needs some upgrading. Not sure that Wii The Ride is that, but we'll see... dt

    FYYI, I'm going to stop accepting entries at or around Noon EST tomorrow (May21st). So if you want to enter, the time to post your entry is now! Also, if you've posted more than one entry, be sure that you label the one you want to be entered into the voting as "Official Entry #1", otherwise you might be left out. I'll get the voting set up either Wednesday or Thursday (I'm travelling so it might not get finished until I reach my destination on Thursday). There have been lots of good entries, and thanks everyone for paticipating! dt

    ^Not sure if it's still there or not (haven't been to Hersheypark in three years), but they did indeed used to have a kiddie version. They also used to have a full sized version that sat across from the Comet. I believe that went away sometime in the '80's. dt

    I think the one thing that SFGAdv is doing that puts it ahead of CP is the QBot. There is no similar system at CP, and I think that's a huge error. Then again, I've never found Cedar Fair to have particularly good customer service, so this doesn't surprise me (yes, SF has its issues, but they seem to be improving, or at least attempting to do so, outside of SFA, which will likely become condos sooner than later anyway). If you have to visit a major park on a summer weekend, I know I'd choose the one that would allow me to get the most stuff done. This doesn't even take the coasters into comparison, where I feel GAdv is the clear winner. Cedar Point is overrated. dt

    Yeah, let's not forget Holiday World's complete lack of understanding of how a cargo pocket, zippers, gravity and physics work. If Cedar Fair took this place over, would you be able to tell? Other than the extra trash cans? dt

    Again, the ACE coaster museum is more likely to open than SFNO. Jeff, awesome post, but no one will pay attention to it since you used actual facts and logic, two things that are always ignored on the internet. dt

    Fuji Q - The absolute worst operations I have ever seen at any park in the world. The park really needs to be replaced with something a lot more useful and fun, like a toxic waste dump. dt

    OK, after some suggestions, it has been determined that the theme for the latest TPR contest is... X2 Effects That Didn't Make The Cut! Since the revamped version of X is supposed to open soon, it's now time for you to decide what ideas were likely rejected when adding the new effects and theming to the coaster. We've seen Fire and Fog will be added, but what do you think are the OTHER FX that didn't make it? Be creative and have fun! The winner gets a TPR "Bag-O-Crap"! And to make this more exciting, the winner will also receive a Meteornotes "Box Of Mystery"! Not to be confused with the "Bag Of Mystery" that the Elissa Bingo prizes comes out of, of course. Just want to keep that clear. Some rules: 1. You can upload as many photos as you want, but you can only enter *ONE* for official voting. Prior to voting, please edit your post to say "Official Entry #1" under the photo you want entered. 2. Keep the photos "PG-13" 3. We'll have this run until at least next Wednesday, May 21st.     If anything, more money should have been spent on space exploration in the last twenty years. We should already have a city on the moon, with cheap ass flights there daily. And why have we not attempted to land on Mars? Stupid government. And my guess for this announcement is a black hole. Anyone that thinks that even if we would somehow discover alien life that our government would ever announce it is extremely naive... dt
