Speaking of coasters potentially driving attendance, news was dropped today that Green Lantern was removed from Six Flags Magic Mountain. How likely is it that the roller coaster is relocated? Also, how likely is it that Six Flags Darien Lake will receive it once it is relocated? Or is it more likely that Six Flags America or Six Flags St. Louis will receive it?

From what I've heard no plans for characters or bigger area or ride theming. Might see some merchandise. Otherwise the numbers aren't high enough to justify the licensing costs. So BBB/Rocky's Ridge will likely stick around in name. Also since people apparently love signage news the Hotel's sign is down at present for replacement. Where did you hear about the lack of IPs? Do you work there or something? How do you know this is not just some sort of rumor? Hes had info in the past, so more then likely hes right Agreed, he has had very credible info in all his posts. Kinda hoping he is wrong since I wanted to see a Batman themed ride eventually come to the park. However, if he has a history of being right, then oh well.

That's no coincidence. They thought it was a nice tie-in since fans of the ride and the movie generally have overlapping interests (example: they enjoy things that suck uncontrollably). Oof.... I actually enjoy Mind Eraser :0

Um, wow…. I caused a lot more discussion than I thought I would. Also, was all of that about Premier / Six Flags in the late 1990s necessary? You can all just look that up on Wikipedia. Speaking of Mind Eraser, is it highly unlikely to see a retheme of some sort be applied to Mind Eraser?

Thought I may as well bump this thread up again. Gosh, seeing this made me feel old. I remember making this thread with my alternate account back in the day. Almost 4 years went by already since this was made?! Anyways, so I thought that maybe some random speculation may revive this thread. How unlikely is it that Seabreeze gets another small scale thrill coaster to the side of the parking lot behind Whirlwind? Also, if you actually have any hope for that happening, what do you speculate that it may be?

I know this is sort of a weird thing to point out. However, I am a little curious about whether or not there is a correlation of some sort. Anyone else notice how the Mind Eraser logo looks a lot like the logo for The Mask (1994 movie)? Did Premier Parks at the time try to capitalize on it 3 years later or something? To start, that sign is rather funny. I wouldn't be surprised if a similar sign appears this year at SFDL at all. Also, while I know this is a bit trivial, I thought it was funny so I'll point it out anyways. Anyone notice that the satellite image for SFDL on Google Maps is still outdated? It still shows Thunder Rapids instead of Tantrum like its 2016. lol
