As for this discount going away, honestly, this makes me kind of wish we were renewing our AP's. But we'll certainly take advantage of not having the 2fer's in the park for a few months until they expire. People seem to forget that going to Disneyland is a privilege, not a right. All of the news stories I have seen have comments from people lamenting Disney for wanting to make $$. When was Disney a charity? I don't seem to recall.

When I was in college I was in a few productions at a local theater in the Valley that sadly no longer exists. I was in stage productions of Sound of Music (Rolf), Into the Woods (Cinderella's Prince/BBW) and Damn Yankees (Rocky).

Finally saw Lincoln last night. It was good ... REALLY good. But to be honest, I just wasn't as blown away as I was with Argo, Zero Dark Thirty, Django and Life of Pi. I'm sure Spielberg will win the director (although it should be Ben Affleck who got robbed IMO). I'm sure Daniel Day Lewis will win best actor even though I think Bradley Cooper and Denzel were better in their respective movies.

^^ I think it's mostly used for concerts during Jubilee (Christian day), Key Club stuff and other private event stuff. They used to have concerts there until there was that riot at the TLC show. Oingo Boingo, NKOTB, Weird Al, played there and many others. I know in 2009 they did a Summer Concert Series that had shows by A Flock of Seagulls, Dramarama and Everclear but I don't think they were very successful because they haven't done it since. I'm guessing the space is more of a money maker for events than it would be for a coaster otherwise it'd probably be gone by now.

I rode the Chaos at Adventuredome once. I hated it.
