I am visiting Lake Compounce for the first time on July 26th, but I am only able to visit for the last two hours the park is open. Does anyone know when the entrances for the rides start to close and which rides will get the longest lines? Thanks!

I will visiting six flags great adventure for the first time ever on July 25th (a Wednesday) but unfortunately I only can visit for the last 2-4 hours of the park being open. I am getting a platinum flash pass so I can ride every coaster (hopefully multiple times). I was wondering if someone in this discussion thread knows when they start to close the lines for the rides and which ones typically have the longest lines. Also I would appreciate any tips about the park. Thanks!

I might be heading to Dorney for the first time ever in late July on a Saturday. How much time should I plan to spend there before heading to knoebels for the evening? I'm just trying to ride all the coasters, reride the good ones, and ride all the unique flats and water rides.

As long as you don’t go on a windy day you should be fine.

I wonder how long it will be closed. I was going to visit Kentucky for the first time ever on Tuesday and I hate myself enough to look forward to riding T3. I’m guessing it won’t be open by then.

I’m planning my first trip to Cedar point. You mentioned that Steel Vengeance had a two hour line, and I would like to know what day of the week was that on. Great report by the way.

I could swear that this was an Intamin or a Mack. I hate to say it, but Golden Horse is really improving.

This new coaster is from my obscure home park Fun-plex located in Omaha Nebraska. You Denver guys are really lucky. Aside from no paint job, the staff at Funplex maintained this coaster well. It is very smooth and the lap bar (no seatbelt) rarely touches your legs. The two drops are great. I do feel bad for the Lakeside employees though. They will have to push the car out of the station unless Lakeside installs some tires or something.

Please don’t get out your pitchforks and torches, but has anyone else noticed that Outlaw Run has gotten rougher/bumpier in the last few years? I rode it for the first time in June 2016 and just rode over the weekend and noticed I couldn’t handle marathoning it like I did back then. Don’t get me wrong, it’s stilk a great ride, it’s just not my number one coaster anymore.

This is definitely the year for me to finally make the drive and visit Cedar point. Steel Vengeance looks amazing, and the reviews confirm that!

I agree with all the bottom ten's except I rode Twister II in 2013 and it was actually a really fun ride. So, why did so many of you rank it so low? Did it get major re tracking during the 2012/2013 offseason or something?

I immediately thought of Goliath at SFGAM when I saw the lift hill.

So I was filling out my rankings, and every time I changed something I tapped the save button at the top of the page. Then I remembered a coaster I didn't have on my list, so I searched for it and clicked to add it. Then I went back to my rankings and they were the exact same as I started them. I'm not sure what the problem was, but if that's the case for someone else, it may be an issue. Hopefully it just takes time for the server to change my rankings, and everything is okay. Again, thank you everyone who was involved with making this project. *edit: update. I reloaded and everything was fixed. I didn't waste an hour of my life after all!

They should just give Underground the RMC Ibox treatment with updated special effects and animatronics. I can picture the marketing now. "New for 2020! (Adjective) Underground! An astounding 12 feet tall with a barrel roll in the dark!

Hopefully when he sells it a few years down the road as the article mentioned it will go to an actual park so I can ride it. Maybe even Silverwood? Looks great nonetheless!

I'm glad that this is happening. It seems like timberwolf is getting a ghostrider-esque renovation but much more stretched out chronologically. Can't wait to ride timberwolf when it is 2/3 smooth next year.
