  1. I cannot wait to see what they have in store for that plot of land in 2021. It’s quite large and they could fit just about anything but a giga in there. They will be having competition from lost island theme park the year after it opens, so I wonder if it will be something big in order to help compete?
  2. This looks simply amazing. I would definitely drive out to experience that thing.
  3. According to Wikipedia, It hasn’t run 7 cars since 2000. They must really want potential visitors to think it has been painted since 1990
  4. I was at the park yesterday and noticed that dragon is running a five car train instead of the normal six and it got me thinking. How much more time does dragon have left before it is scrapped? It already has low ridership in comparison to every other coaster in the park, very bad reliability, and it’s surely expensive to maintain since they have a mechanic onsite underneath the station at all times.
  5. It is not likely that Phoenix will be open when you are visiting. Crowds aren’t that bad at all, and the only attractions you may find a line for are Raging River, Sawmill splash, monster, and space shot. Even then, probably only a 10-20 minute wait.
  6. It has not opened yet however the coaster itself is constructed and I saw five cars are on the track. I was at the park today and was able to take a video of it from the train. I have heard from some workers that it may be open around June 6th. 93910C87-6593-4F00-84BD-049AE19FF41A.MOV
  7. Since there’s no official information or press release, I think it is safe for me to mention how the rumored 2020 wooden roller coaster got added to the roller coaster database overnight. There’s even pictures of the footers. No info is available on the manufacturer. My best guess would be a GCI, but a GG is also likely. https://rcdb.com/17278.htm
  8. Assuming this park is successful enough to break even, I wonder if it and Energylandia will end up competing with each other for having the most roller coasters in one park, much like Cedar Point and Six Flags Magic Mountain did in the 90’s and 2000’s.
  9. Hakugei looks absolutely amazing. I can’t wait to someday ride it! Hopefully they start testing soon.

Post a great on-ride shot of you from 2018. (DO IT!) I dont have one sorry
  11. Does anyone know if this will be a sc2000 or a custom model? RCDB just says it's a spinning coaster for now. The stats certainly match with the sc2000 but it's always nice to have a unique coaster.
  12. I hope they manage to find a good home for all the unique and historic/rare rides at the park. Rock o planes are amazing when you know how to control them.
  13. Watching that Tigris announcement and getting details about Gwazi was like watching a marvel movie with an after credits scene you didn’t know about, and actually understanding what it was teasing. I’m really glad that Seaworld is recovering well from the last few years. I think this will be a great addition(s) to the park.
  14. And now I have a 14th reason to finally go to this park next year. I loved time traveler so I look forward to copperhead strike.
  15. I wonder if I’m not the only person that hadn’t ever heard of West Coast customs until today. Very fun looking coaster though. I like the concept. Someday I hope to make it to California (If im lucky for it’ll be for WCB).
  16. Last month I went to Arnold’s park in Iowa and rode Legend for the first time. This prompted me to look for it on coasterpoll to add it to my ranks because it was actually pretty good, but I can’t find it. I assume that it was not added because it was forgotten about because of obscurity. But if this isn’t not the case I would like to know why it was not included.
  17. My final prediction for 2019 is that they will add one or two rides in planet snoopy. I would love to see a coaster but at this point it isn’t likely.
  18. Last Wednesday I went to Six flags great adventure and they closed 2 hours early because there were so few people in the park it was unprofitable to keep running. I'm going to six flags New England tonight and was wondering if that sometimes happens there as well. Edit: I also would like to know which rides close down during light rain
  19. I just got back from six flags great adventure. I arrived at the main gates around 6:45 and left the park at 8. I got to ride El toro 2x Bizarro 1x Runaway mine train 1x Joker 1x Harley Quinn 1x Skull mountain 1x Nitro 1x I didn't know they were closing the park early until five minutes before it closed. I wish there was a way to better and sooner communicate that information so people could avoid walking to a few rides and see that it is closed, which I saw quite a bit of happen. I enjoyed my first ever visit to great adventure but I wish the park closed when the calendar said it would, because I would have gotten a ride on every coaster and rerode el toro more.
  20. I'm going to the park tomorrow and would like to know how often they run out of flash passes (platinum and gold specifically) and when. I might not get to the park until after 4 or 5pm.
  21. I'm visiting Six flags America tomorrow and the forecast says it will be raining all day. What rides typically will still run in rain?
  22. I have never used flashpass before, or queuebot for to matter, and was watching videos of how to use flash pass on YouTube. Basically people bring the device through the line and into the station. But, I also know that SFGadv has a super strict loose articles policy on KK, el toro, and joker and keep you from having any loose articles. So I am confused about where to put the flash pass device when I am on these rides. Do they have special flash pass bins in the station?
  23. Going back to the discussion about phones and wallets flying off Skyrush, I’m visiting for the first time Hersheypark later this month and I’ve never been on Skyrush before. Would cargo shorts with zipper pockets be enough to keep my valuables from hitting someone or is it really that forceful?
  24. I’m possibly going to Six flags America for the first time on July 24th, a Tuesday, and was wondering if 4 hours is enough to experience all the coasters and some of flats, assuming it would not be storming. I would also like to know which rides get the longest lines, and the best seat or row on each coaster. Thank you!
