Kings Island is sorta close to KK and HW. CP is a 5-7 hour drive of MIA and SFGAM as well! Sounds like a very fun trip you have planned

VF and MIA are the lowest attendance parks in the chain. KD, Carowinds, and KI got big recent additions because they pull the profits to justify it. Im sure the smaller parks MIA, VF, and wof will get there glory soon.

I just checked Lagoon's website for a Cannibal opening date and I found this update: "Due to ongoing testing and commissioning, the opening of Cannibal has been postponed to a later date. Stay tuned for another announcement." Haven't they been testing this ride for like a month now? I can't imagine what the delay is, but you would think they'd have it open by Memorial Day weekend. Twisted Colossus just started testing like a week ago and it's going to open Memorial Day weekend, so I wonder what's going on with Cannibal. Judging by the pov, its prly to amazing and intense and there going to trim it to death

When I think of Blitz coasters, I think of Maverick and LR. Low to the ground, fast transactions, and tight footprints

Dominator and I305 are 2 of the better recent additions in the chain. I understand that batm.. I mean Dominator is a relocate but its still a awesome ride, and I305 is flat out amazing!!!! I always thought that Dorney pulled in more quest then KD?

That would be interesting, but CF has never had relations with Mack i believe. We can hope though

But what if 8 parks get rides? Thats only 18 million per park. But what if the smaller parks get chance gtx coasters that are only 8 million a piece? There are so many if's out that there. Hopefully 120 Million is the budget. The would mean pretty much every park would at least get something. I thought CF only did 70-80 Million per year?

Have you ridden ThunderHawk? By far the best SLC I have ridden. MIA gladly took it. Cedar Point also had a non-compete contact on B&M inverts which is why GL, and CW didn't have inverts. Pretty common. Why would a company spends huge amounts of money on a new ride, for a park down the road to also build one?

I have read threads on every cedar fair park. Every year everyone has high expectations. We can all hope some of the older cedar fair parks finally get some love. I feel since the Paramount purchase, the other parks haven't received as much attention. Lets all hope for a big year!
