The ACEr is a odd creature. Like the badger, it will attack parties unprovoked... -

^ did the "Enthuasist" also weight 350lbs, wear a patch jacket and smell like fried chicken? More than likely if they matched that description, you saw an ACEr in its natural habitat... -
^This may be a stupid question. The Get Out of Jail Free Card: Is that real?

^ I just might, and also ask him what is an appropriate level of wetness...

Wes, my wifes into that film and I dont get it. I pretty much spent the time she watched it playing fallout 3 again and watching role models, which by the way is one of the funniest films of last year. Also, term of the day: Eye Fudging. Thanks Wes!

Seeing all the "Family Friendly" listings, one stuck out to me: CSI Live! - Magic Moments Theater (Starting 6/12) It got me thinking that they're getting the CSI Vegas gang together, Brady Kids style, and having a stage show that involves murder investigation and song/dance numbers. Who are you indeed

As I have a history of heart problems in my family (Both grandfathers have had issues, dad has high blood pressure), diet is a big thing with me. Ive quit using salt so much (sea/kosher salt if needed, mrs dash or similar for seasoning elsewise). Ive also decreased my red meat intake dramatically, as its being shown that not only can it cause problems with the heart, but elevating risk for cancer as well. Lastly, I bake/broil now more than I fry, I miss the "taste" of something deep-fried, but my heart is alot more thankful for it...

Sorry, couldnt get into it...came off too pretentious as a concept in both print/film. Instead, I popped in a copy of Role Models and watched a foul mouth 10 yr old kid smack sean william scott.

^ This relates to the theory about person vs people. Person (singular) is a mostly rational thinker. When you add another party to the mix, the idiocracy usually beings.. -

Shane, Again an excellent trip back in time. -
Elissa, I was kidding, it comes through nicely on the iPhone.. Id love to see the chat boards work a little better, but I think thats due to using mobile safari on the iphone, because ive used a windows-mobile based unit and both the site/boards come through fine.

Id like to see the site get a little bit more iPhone friendly as well...

Geeze Robb & Ed, I thought you folks were supposed to be jolly LOL In all seriousness, If I took every sling and arrow thrown at me literally on the interweb, id be a very sad, depressed person living in his parents basement. I learned a long time ago that you have to roll with the punches and blow those people and their comments off. In other words: Relax. Now, lets get back to making fun of ACErs accordingly

Its like any study, they land either way...

As someone whos converting to Veg and a little bit older than some of you kids on here (im 32), I have to agree with alot thats being said. Its a tough go, as you're weening yourself off the "animal" products. Im doing it not because of a moral conviction, im doing it for my health, as my family has had health issues that usually decline in risk w/ lower intake of animal products. On hercs comments concerning commercially produced soy products, the studies are showing higher intake of said products is causing higher risk of prostate issues in men and a potential link for elevated risk of breast cancer in women. I myself have become a fan of tempeh, which is made from rice and its makes a better "Burger" or filler than soy due to the texture.

I worked back at SFoT in the mid 1990's, I always enjoyed parents trying to get their little kids (little meaning under 48 inches tall) on Shockwave and Texas Giant, then getting all bent out of shape at the ride ops and managment because they were under height. -
Its PR strongarm ploy to get more money from the HK government, plain and simple. We all know a mainland park is going to outright whip the HK park unless they expand accordingly. So, I think Disney is playing both sides in a calulated PR battle to get the money they need, smart move businesswise, but not necessarly honest. On the "asian urination" rumors, I know quite a few people who are from mainland china and HK who take offense to things of that nature, its a stereotype that came from behavior years ago, similar to how us Americans used outside privys before indoor plumbing. I can also attest to what Robb said concerning American Theme Park Urinators, as ive seen people (both small and grown) who've done the dirty #1 at SFoT out of the way, both in my time working there and today....

Ive always said satire is the highest form of compliment in our society. I dont know diablo personally (BTW, shes hawt! LOL) but, I agree if shes heard about it, shes laughing at it.

Its like most SF parks this time of year, they have limited weekday hours they dont advertise (usually 10a-6p) outside of the spring break window. They have alot of smaller school groups (daycares, MDOs, homeskools, ect..) visiting. Nothing like seeing a bunch of crying tots riding the Texas Giant to make your day much brighter

Its satire kids, another great reason to be an American. This weeks Family Guy was good, not the best ep. But a fun one nevertheless. Interesting pop culture mention that fell into our neck of the woods with Ms. Cody, maybe Robb/Elissa will be next.....
