  1. Amazing report! I love the mixture of pictures!
  2. YES! YES! YES! This is what I've been waiting to know! Anyone else plan on being there opening weekend? I'm strongly thinking about it!
  3. I love "speculation" and "rumor" season in the theme park community . . . it's better than the holidays! But this particular tease is very intriguing . . . tire tracks? A launch coaster is still a possibility, but I don't believe an impulse at this time. 110ft is the proposed height . . . Wicked Twister at Cedar Point is 215ft . . . even Steel Venom at Valley Fair is at least 185ft. I'm leaning towards a Maverick clone, but STRONGLY towards a new type of coaster.
  4. Love the report! Holiday World and Kings Island are two great parks!
  5. I was lucky enough to ride it on my first visit back in 2008. That's when the water raft section was working properly. It's truly a fun ride!
  6. Say what you want to say . . . but YES . . . I bought the tickets! I think "Extra Strength" should be okay. LOL.
  7. GREAT REPORT! I'm looking forward to the rest of your journey!
  8. Nice report! My first visit was back in 2015, and I really enjoyed myself. Glad you had fun!
  9. AWESOME! Sorry about the heat bothering you though. I'm from the Alabama and let me tell you, IT'S HOT DOWN HERE! LOL. I'm used to it, so when I travel to parks up north I feel as if it's the best weather ever. Yet everybody else is burning up. Strange, but true.
  10. Awesome trip report! Worlds of Fun was a strong contender for my July trip. I decided to go to Six Flags Great America instead, but I do have plans to visit this park.
  11. See, kids, drugs can be fun! LOL. Especially if it's the right kind.
  12. Ok . . . I see now . . . I just finished watching a POV of "High In the Sky Seuss Trolley Ride" and a POV of "Submarine Quest." From a non-rider perspective of each attraction . . . I think BOTH are enjoyable in my view. Submarine Quest may not have as much as one would like . . . BUT . . . it's still "cute and charming."
  13. THIS IS THE COMMENT I'VE BEEN WAITING TO SEE! You make a good point! Everyone is so focused on KBF getting the "new type" of coaster, when it might be CGA. Yes, the drawing may have an impulse in that spot...BUT HELLO...PLANS CHANGE! At this point, all we can do is assume and throw guesses. No one is wrong because we're all coaster and theme park junkies who's looking for that "coaster high." Whatever is coming, I'm thankful 2018 is going to be a great coaster year all over the world!
  14. Great report! Adventureland seems charming and nice! I want that Monster credit so badly!
  15. I would definitely be pissed if it's closed. Especially when I only visit a park ONCE ever green moon. LOL. But come what my may, I'll make the best of it.
  16. LOL. That would be great though, but I never been to Seaworld San Antonio before. Orlando in 2011, and San Diego (HOPEFULLY) in 2018 for a first visit. This has been on my bucket list for quite some time, and with Wave Breaker opening this year I think I should make that journey. *pun not intended*
  17. Would I be crazy if I took an overnight drive from Alabama (11hrs 25 min) just to visit this park for the first time, stay one night, and head back home? I'm sure I'm not the only one who drove long distances just to ride a new roller coaster . . . or am I?
  18. Very nice! Looking forward to the rest of your trip report!
  19. So much has changed since my first visit in 2013! LOOKS NICE! Great report!
