  1. Love to read your trip reports . Just a random question, which ride usually attracts the longest lines in the park?
  2. Manhattan express is one of the worst, goudurix comes at 2nd. Slc's are also the credits that i don't look foreward to .
  3. It isnt't on the list but Goliath at Walibi . It's such an awesome ride and pack such s punch for only 150 tall, even though I haven't ridden EG, I still think that it's the best ride on the list. Apollo's is pretty good too.
  4. What ride did the old mill used to be?
  5. Great trip report, how did goliath compare to geforce? Everyone knows that geforce is superior but I went to holland this summer (not sure if i'm gonna upload the photo's) and Goliath easily made my top 10.
  6. Looks like you've picked the perfect time to visit florida. Also love your ride/rollercoaster reviews.
  7. Great TR, the pics are really beautiful. It's nice to see dl paris picking up there games, hopefully the're going to open a new ride (in disneyland park), because that has been a while
  8. Which makes it all the more remarkable that Europa unseated Cedar Point for Best Park. Which shows us that even GTA can't neglect Europa park's awesomeness
  9. No suprise to me that the GTA is screwed up (as always). I mean, was there ever a year when GTA made sense? Also most of the GP thinks that I-305 and Skyrush are too extreme (to be their favourite coaster), so maybe that's why all the B&M hypers score so high.
  10. I was in holland this summer and I totally agree with you.. Goliath @ Walibi truly is one of the best roller coasters in the world unfortunately it is so far away . The US really needs more of these intamin mega's
  11. Imagine how awesome it would've been, if intamin (stengel) had designed it ( it would've been a mix between millenium force and intimidator 305. Aka best of both worlds
  12. Any seat on Goliath is a great seat, but sit in the back if you really want a wild ride. Thanks!, I usually take the back seat, prefer the ejector air (if there is any) on the first drop.
  13. Nice pics! Just shows you how amazing the atmosphere their is! How long were the lines?
  14. Few thought I was the only one bugging about that lol! But i think you're right. Anyway Goliath seems an awesome rollercoaster, maybe a tad short, but that zero g stall just blows my mind . What is the best place to seat? Front or back?
  15. Sorry for coming out of the blue, but Goliath at SF GA isn't the tallest wooden rollercoaster. Heck it isn't even the tallest in the country! I'm probably not the first coming up with this, but I still wonder why they were allowed to 'claim it as the tallest wooden roller coasterin the world!?
  16. Totally agree! Their woodies are good aswell.
  17. Great TR! Was the line of superman moving slow (Because of its low capacity)?
  18. Wow those lines were extremely long!!! It reminds me of how lucky I was, when I was at SF MM last summer (longest wait was 1 hour)
  19. I wonder how this coaster will compare to an Intamin launch coaster, because the park last 2 coasters were both manufactered by Intamin. And because both of that coasters were succesfull, so why didn't Liseberg asked intamin for this project?
  20. Well to be honest, I was just lucky. Because we didn't plan to go to universal, but we drove past the entrance and asked if we could see the city walk *cough and universal studios cough*
  21. Well to be honest, I was just lucky. Because we didn't plan to go to universal, but we drove past the entrance and asked if we could see the city walk *cough and universal studios cough*
  22. I posted a TR last week and yesterday I tried post it on SF MM and USH page but that didn't sork. Any tips/help?
  23. I have no idea but, What they told us on the tour was that the plane was a actual Boeing 747, and that they demolished it just for this set. But you could be right. You're both right- it is the set from "War of the Worlds," and the plane was destroyed for the film. In fact, because it was so big, they had to break it down into sections just to get it placed on set (since it had to be brought to the backlot via flatbed trucks)! I think you're right about that, but they never told us that on the Studio tour (which was weird because they should tell the guests which set from which movie is)
  24. thanks I have no idea but, What they told us on the tour was that the plane was a actual Boeing 747, and that they demolished it just for this set. But you could be right.
