  1. ^ I hope you have good first visit. Just to warn you ride operations very from bad to good depending on the ride. I recommend you hit Goliath first then Justice League. So when you get into the park go left at the carousel. Reason why you want to get to Justice League after Goliath is because the line shouldn't be too long. Demon will probably be a walk on, same for Eagle. Other than that I'd expect everything else to have long lines.
  2. ^^ Yeah that's what Saturday's are usually like. That's why I usually try to go during the week when it's not as busy. So you didn't make it to Viper? If not you should of. It's got some good airtime moments especially in the back row. I have to disagree with you on Eagle and X-Flight though. I don't think Eagle is unrideable and anywhere near the violent level of Mean Streak. But then again I've been riding AE ever since the blue side ran backwards. I'm making my third visit to the park tomorrow. I'm sure with it being 4th of July weekend it's going to be very busy but since my friends are all free we decided we should go.
  3. The rumor that began in 2013 that SFGAm was going to receive a Premier Rider (YOLOcoaster clone) in 2014. Of course we ended up getting Goliath instead.
  4. Here are some B&M facts. Hydra and Oblivion- The Black Hole are the only B&Ms that have a heartline row. In addition to that Hyrda is the only B&M to invert before the lift hill and Oblivion-The Black Hole reused the name of two Alton Tower coasters. Banshee and OzIris are the only B&M inverted coasters that don't have a corkscrew while Dæmonen and Hair Raiser are the only floorless coasters that don't have a corkscrew. Banshee is also the only B&M inverted coaster to have do a in-line twist. Wildfire is the only B&M sitting down coaster that doesn't have a zero-g roll. I supposed you can say the two camera's in different spots on Raptor (CP) is a weird fact. Why does Raptor have the 2 camera's in different spots anyway? I've never understood why it has 2.
  5. There are only 11 coasters that have both an immelmann and dive loop. 1. Anubis: The Ride 2. Cannibal 3. Dare Devil Dive 4. Hair Raiser 5. Iron Shark 6. Krater(Iron Shark clone) 7. Monster 8. OzIris 9. Saw- The Ride 10. Takabisha 11. Valravn 7 Gerstlauers, 3 B&Ms and 1 In-House I'm not counting GateKeeper because its an inclined dive loop. For some reason RCDB only lists Iron Shark having one inversion, the immelmann
  6. ^ According to SFGAmWorld Goliath is open.
  7. SFGAm I usually go 2 to 3 times a month.
  8. This is my home park and I must say I'm very disappointed in this. I have absolutely no interest in trying this out. I just hope they back row isn't chosen to be used for the this. If you ask me Demon would of been the better choice for VR because there's almost never a line. Let's hope Six Flags stops the VR's once Fright Fest starts. Otherwise these lines and operations will only get worse.
  9. My list Colorado- Twister II Florida- Montu Georgia- Goliath Illinois- Raging Bull Indiana- Hoosier Hurricane Kentucky- Storm Chaser Michigan- Shivering Timbers Minnesota- SpongeBob Missouri- Outlaw Run Montana- Little Dipper New Jersey- El Toro New York- Cyclone North Carolina- Fury 325 Ohio- Maverick South Carolina- Afterburn Virginia- I305 Wisconsin- HellCat Wyoming- Cowboy Coaster
  10. I got a quick question to ask. While waiting in line for WindSeeker yesterday I noticed the Superman theme song playing. How is that possible? I though only Six Flags and Warner Bros parks could do that. We were guessing that CF had to get permission to do it.
  11. So I took a weekend trip to the park with 4 friends of my so I though I would give a TR of how it went. We were there Friday to today but only visited the park yesterday and today. We were there from opening until closing Saturday and opening until 6 today Ride totals and ranking of rides. MF: 1- 10/10(3rd favorite) Iron Dragon: 1- 5/10 Magnum: 1- 6/10 (I think it really needs new trains) Gatekeeper: 3- right side twice and left side once- 7/10 Raptor: 1- 6/10 Rougarou: 1- 8/10 Wicked Twister: 1- 8/10 TTD: 1- 10/10 The wind kept it closed most of the weekend. Maverick: 1- 10/10(favorite) MaXair: 1- 9/10 Skyhawk: 1- 8/10 Mean Streak: 1- 4/10 Cedar Creek Mine Ride: 1- 7/10 Blue Streak: 1- 7/10 Gemini: 2(both sides)- 8/10 CP&LE Railroad: 2- 9/10 Corkscrew: 1- 4/10 Giant Wheel: 1- 10/10 WindSeeker: 1- 5/10 Wind kept it closed most of the weekend. And finally Valraven: 1- 10/10(2nd favorite) Also spent time and Soak City and the beach on Saturday. Overall it was a great trip but we really needed the FLP for Saturday. Reason why we didn't get it was because none of my friends wanted to pay the extra cash for it while I did. That's all for the TR. Hope you enjoy it.
  12. Here's a new one I believe but I hate it when someone flips off or flashes the camera on a coaster. All it does is ruin the photo for everyone else in that row.

Rocky Rapids- IB These are all the Log Flumes that I have ridden. Honorable mention- Yankee Clipper SFGAm. Loggers Run is my favorite because of the double drop.
  18. GTA O (PS3) yesterday
  19. For me it would be the two best coasters at my home park SFGAm. 1. Raging Bull- Increase height to 230, add more bunny hills after the MCBR and remove trims. 2. Goliath- Increase height to 170, add 2 more small over banked turns, 2 more airtime hills, and a heartline roll.
  20. Well it's a official now. This is the third straight time I've gone to CP the year before a new coaster. Went in 2006 and 2012. I I am planning on going back next summer though so the steak is likely going to end. But still what are the odds of going the same amusement park the year before a new coaster was built 3 times in a row?
  21. I'm surprised no one has mentioned this yet but Formula Rossa has that safety glasses requirement.
  22. I don't think this has been mentioned yet but Shockwave at Drayton Manor is the only stand up coaster that has a zero-g roll and a double corkscrew.
