  1. I'm just passing that info onto here so everybody knows how it's going so far. I probably should of said that I got the info from SFGAmWorld since I am a member of it. I should warn everyone that is traveling to the park this week that it is a BAFF week but only Monday-Thursday. I wold expect the park to be very busy.
  2. Well as you can guess the VR has caused slow operations on Demon now and from I heard it's not as good as the other VR coasters because of the lack of turns. Also they are going to rotate from VR train to normal train. The good think about it is the lines for everything else aren't as long.
  3. It's unlikely that I'm going to go back this year. The drive is just too long to do again. Plus I start school in a couple weeks. But like I said in my TR I will be returning. I've even considering moving to the midway point between SFGAm and SFStL. That way I would have two home parks.
  4. I'm making a new list Steel 1. Fury 325 2. I305 3. Maverick 4. Valravn 5. Millennium Force 6. Nitro 7. Raging Bull 8. Montu 9. Mr. Freeze Reverse Blast(SFStL) 10. Goliath(SFOG) * Honorable mentions: Pandemonium(SFStL) & Batman The Ride(SFGAm) Wood. 1. El Toro 2. Screamin' Eagle 3. Great American Scream Machine 4. HellCat 5. American Eagle 6. Cyclone 7. Hoosier Hurricane 8. The Boss 9. American Thunder 10. Twister II * Honorable mentions: Blue Streak(CP) & Cornball Express I decided not rank any RMC's in my top ten because I rank those separately.
  5. That's to bad about the red side being closed. I always ride both sides when I go. But if it one side isn't open then I normally don't ride it.
  6. Another great TR. You didn't get to ride Revolution? I like Logger's Run more than Yankee Clipper because of the double drop and the fact the Logger's Run has a camera. But what reall makes LG and YC so unique is how they run parallel to each other. I don't know of any other park that has two different water rides running parallel to each other. This might sound crazy but I don't find America Eagle to be rough at all. And I've been riding it even since the blue side ran backwards.
  7. I wasn't that upset that I didn't get to ride JL. After all I can ride it every time I go to my park. If I do make it back to the park though it will be to finish the remaining credits I missed. I just couldn't wait in line for Ninja. Even the non VR line was over hour. I'm sure if I got there in the morning I could of ridden it.
  8. I'm not sure what we're going to see in 2017. We have to wait until the teasers start. The rumor on Screamscspe is a 4D Free Spin. He thinks it will replace the spots where ERC, Jesters and RC were. I also heard a rumor that Orbit and Jesters are going to be relocated to you know where. You know what I'm talking about. I mean where else does SFGAm relocate their rides. As for the Screamscape rumor I wouldn't totally believe it if I were you.
  9. For anyone wondering how the VR is going work for Demon, there are going to be two separate lines. From what I heard the flash pass line is being used as the VR line and the regular line will be used for non VR riders.
  10. Sounds like you had a good time. Do you have a favorite coaster/ride? I wasn't able to ride Justice League when I was there last Saturday because of course it kept breaking down. At one point it was down for over an hour because they had to remove a train that was midway through the course.
  11. Great TR and pictures. I'm glad you enjoyed your day there.
  12. Every coaster at SFStL except Ninja and Boomerang this past Saturday. I won't be adding any more new coasters in my count until next summer.
  13. Well this week is bring a friend half price week for pass holders so I would expect t to be a little busier than normal. That being said I hope you have a good time and I'll be interested in hearing how you like the park compared to your home park.
  14. This is what I predict what were going to see in 2017. Either a S&S 4D Free Spin or a flat ride package(Larson Super Loop, Zamperla Giant Discover and maybe a Zamperla Disk'O.
  15. I never though of it like that but yeah that's basically whats happening. Goliath is also doing the 30 second rule now too. I hope all the coasters start to do this now because the operations here really need to be improved badly. When I was SFStL on Saturday I could't believe how great the operations were.
  16. I got some news on some changes that have been made to Viper and Raging Bull. Viper has received some retracting, but I'm not sure sure where though .As for Raging Bull it looks like the park is trying to speed up the operations by limiting the time to storing any loose articles to 30 seconds.
  17. The Orbit is closed for the season. So no it did not open today. Also East River Crawler, Jesters Wild Ride and Scenic Railroad all closed for the season. Rumor is Jesters is also being removed and East River Crawler is being relocated to Orbits spot. I don't know why Scenic Railroad is closed for the season though.
  18. ^ No and I haven't seen anything about X-Flight being down today on SFGAmWorld either.
  19. i'm not that upset about Orbit leaving. I can't remember the last time I rode it even. I want to say 2014. That being said I don't think East River Crawler should relocate to its spot. East River Crawler should stay where its at and Orbit should be replaced by the new HUSS Enterprise G2 that HUSS announced a while back ago.
  20. ^ Ah, I forgot that La Ronde has a BTR clone. In that case Le Vanpire is the only BTR clone in the SF chain not named BTR not counting Goliath.
  21. Was there a reason why the name was changed to Goliath after it was relocated from SFNO? Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe its the only BTR clone in the Six Flags chain not called Batman The Ride.
  22. It was closed yesterday. There was only one car on the tower at the very top and it looked like the station was covered up. One thing I forgot to say in my TR was that the locals were very nice. Way better than my park. This was my 3rd Six Flags park outside of my own. The other two I've been to are SFADV and SFOG.
  23. Here's another Batman The Ride weird fact. The only city where you can ride two Batman The Ride clones is San Antonio. The parks are Six Flags Fiesta Texas(Goliath) and SeaWorld San Antonio(Great White) and neither are actually called Batman The Ride.
  24. The weather was great. I like that the park is aimed towards families. I also really liked layout of the park. Didn't have to deal with any line jumping either which was great.
