What did VF do to you? Why would you punish VF by taking away their only Intamin and replace it with a Vekoma?

-VF's Mad Mouse occasionally brakes the train quite rapidly and painfully. -Flight of Fear's (KI) brakes (both mid-course and final brakes) were very sudden and jerky on the neck. -Mamba at WOF comes to a hard full stop on the final brake run every time.

The 2017 operating schedule has been released. Opening Day is Friday, May 12th, and everything else looks same as last year except 11pm closings on Fridays and Saturdays won't be starting until Fourth of July weekend.

Wicked Twister is a fun ride but it's my least favorite of the three impulse coasters I've been on. It didn't feel quite as fast or forceful as V2 or Steel Venom, though I will say that experiencing the back spike in the back row was pretty messed up .

They have finally released the full concept art for the new front gate. Looks good.

At the moment, I probably won't be going to any parks that will be getting a new coaster in 2017, though Mystic Timbers looks like it'll be a fun ride with plenty of airtime. I am looking forward to riding North Star at Valleyfair since I haven't ridden a StarFlyer yet and they look a bit more thrilling than Windseekers.
