Playland's Castaway Cove in Ocean City, NJ. It has 3 coasters, a Flitzer, a Pinfari ZL42 (1 Loop), and a Wild Mouse which appears to be the same type of coaster in Adventure City. They also have the standard amusement rides including a Log Flume.

Poll: Favorite Inversion?
YoshiFan replied to timetrial3141592's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I like loops the best -
I love that game, I haven't played it in a long time. Time to dust off the Dreamcast I hadn't played Dreamcast for months before taking it out yesterday and I had forgotten how much fun the system was.

Most underated woodies

Comet at Hershey Park. It has lots of air time and a good layout, but it gets ignored with Wildcat and Lightning Racers in the park -

DDR music and other Bemani music. I also started listening to a lot of the Dancemania albums from Japan where most of the licensed DDR songs come from (not counting the US licensed songs)

They really could use some new coasters. The Wild Maus was the only smaller coaster they had and they really have no family or mild thrill coasters.

Nintendo should make a theme park.
YoshiFan replied to Three's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
They are making that Pokemon Park, doesn't look too great though. I'd like to see a regular Nintendo theme park as well. A lot of cool ideas could be used for rides like the ones mentioned. -
Nice video. The guns look like it makes the ride a lot more fun since I know in the ride at WDW, there have been a lot of times I have not been able to hit the target I want because of the gun being attached to the car. From the video, it also seemed like it was a lot shorter of a ride than the WDW version.

I have never been stuck on a coaster but I almost got stuck on Primevial Whirl at Animal Kingdom, because I was in line myself they asked if there were any groups of 1 or 2 to go with another group of 2 so I got to skip the very last part of the line. I had just gotten out of my car and walked through the exit when I saw all the cars stop moving. Cars were stuck on the lift hill and on the block brakes throughout the ride. I then saw them evacuating people from the ride and people walking down the lift hill while the other people in the middle of the ride were sitting there waiting to be evacuated. Had I not gotten on the ride when I did thanks to them asking for single riders, I would have been stuck on the ride.

New Photos from Knott's
YoshiFan replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I was thinking the same thing, hoping that it was photoshopped on because if that is the way the sign really is, then I think KBF really has to rethink what they put on a sign. -
Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Elements
YoshiFan replied to GAcoaster's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I always saw the park as being a zoo with a few rides and shows thrown in and way to small of a park (even when it's not crowded, it still seems like it is). If I want to see animals I can go to the Philadelphia Zoo or Great Adventure Safari and the few rides they have aren't even that great. -
Better Theming or More Track
YoshiFan replied to maliboomer's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
I'd rather have a good ride. Theme is nice but the ride is more impotant to me than how much of a theme the ride has. -

Whats Your Favorite Disney Hotel And Why?
YoshiFan replied to Hattuchili's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
The Contemporary. I like the design of the building and how the monorail goes right through the hotel. Chef Mickey's inside the hotel is a great restaurant and the arcade is huge with a lot of unique video games that are hard to find like F-Zero AX (the game they are missing is DDR and all the other music games from Konami but they do have Pump It Up at least) -
What is your local park?
YoshiFan replied to robbalvey's topic in Theme Parks, Roller Coasters, & Donkeys!
Probably Dorney Park for me, I live about an hour away.
