Because it's an extremely small family park is my guess. It's basically in the middle of nowhere Wisconsin and is a bunch of flats and a couple small coasters, so I don't think it mattered too much to them
Georgia Cyclone. It was a long time ago and I was young but all I can remember is pain. Maybe it will be different now that i'm older?
And Hades has gotten pretty bad. Nothing horrible, but not good for the average park visitor in my opinion
My first pretzel loop was really intense because I wasn't expecting the G's at all. I may be alone when saying this, but now I actually look forward to pretzel loops.
I'm not sure about how large the lap bars can be, but pepsi orange streak (still ripsaw in my heart) at the mall of america is a great family ride. It was my first "big" coaster growing up, yet it's still exciting enough for adults.
For me it's all about pacing as well as airtime. I could ride a GCI all day because they never let up and are always exciting. On the other hand, morgan coasters (mamba and wild thing) just aren't for me because there's not enough excitement for that length IMO
One of my friends: So how does the car stay upside down. I mean, does it just rely on sheer momentum?
Me: No, there are multiple wheels that hold it on
Friend: So it can't fall off the track?
Me: No. No it will not fall off the track
Hey! My name is Noah and i'm new! I never really thought about joining the forum, but have loved coasters since the beginning of time. My first big coaster was the pepsi ripsaw coaster (now pepsi orange streak) at MOA. My home park is either mt. olympus or six flags great america! My count is 22 wood and 75 steel, but i'm heading to SFMM and Silver Dollar City this summer so that will skyrocket!
Thanks for welcoming me!
I rode scorpion's tail at noah's ark a couple summers ago. Overall, I have to say I really enjoyed it! Unfortunately I only got to do it once so I don't have much to say, but I remember a great ride. I also remember getting hammered in the face with water at the top of the loop, but that's necessary for the ride. Did that happen to anyone else, or just me?
Oddly enough, Jimmy Neutron's Atom Collider at the mall of america was pretty bad. The capacity is great, but it takes FOREVER...especially when there's only one operator
