No, they hire lawyers who study the relevant laws in jurisdictions where SF operates pertaining to the decisions the execs want to make. I know you've got it in for Six Flags, but they do know what they're doing here. You don't have to be incompetent to find yourself in a court case. Sometimes people just interpret the law differently.

Well, no one ever comes to St. Louis... but yea. Favazzas is great. I'm also laughing at the use of "quality" and "Golden Corral" in the same thought. Emily and I call it the hog trough. Haha, right. Hey, I keep pushing Missouri tourism. We need the money. -

I completely agree with you here, but the NE doesn't have a monopoly on good Italian food. Chicago and St. Louis both have a long history of Italian immigrants that has created a strong Italian culture in these cities. When you come to St. Louis, eat at Favazzas. You're welcome. -

Nice! That railway is fantastic. You've got a great little park, and we always enjoy it whenever we're in Wisconsin. -

Agreed, Knoebels had some awesome stuff. SDC had some really good stuff at the former Mary's Springhouse too, before it was converted to the Qdoba-type burrito bar. Just depends on how well it's executed really. -

With ibox track. But does it have a splashdown? If it doesn't have a splashdown, I'm out. -
I think they may be exaggerating just a little. Yes, a Q-bot could fly out of your pocket, but it also had a belt clip and a steel chain, so it was never going to fly off your person. I'm excited to try out the new watch though. Haven't had the opportunity yet myself as the only SF I went to last year was St. Louis, and you're just wasting your money on Flash Pass there.

Oh that's awesome! I will love watching that go by on the midway while I'm not riding it. -
Interesting. I've never liked the fingerprint scanner at Six Flags but not on any privacy grounds, just because the technology isn't very good. It takes forever to get everybody to scan and really holds up the entrance line. My Pixel 3 has a fingerprint scanner that works really well, from almost any angle. I've tried to trick it and only rarely have had to scan a second time. If Six Flags had one like that, it'd get everyone through much faster. It'll be interesting to see how this goes. I doubt the actual technology is going to be an issue. It'll come down to how the data are stored. I work with PII every day in my job, and a lot of you do too, and it isn't an issue as long as it's handled correctly. I don't know how Six Flags stores its data, and I'm sure anyone who does isn't going to post it publicly as that generally goes against most company privacy policies. But that's likely what the court will care about.
