Awesome! It's gotta be the "twisty!" -
For me, it would be TV ads because I can see the park and what they have to offer. Coupons will always get my attention as well.

If you hear a random fat guy eating and drinking through the whole show because it was a diet "cheat" day, (Not when they try the funnel cakes), sorry, it was me. -

^ I can get you a copy of mine. PM me your address, and send a check to Robb! -
^ Don't forget to check the Club TPR list! Paying for Club TPR, and then visiting a bunch of Cedar Fair parks may be a lot cheaper.

West Coast Bash 2010 Photo & Video Updates!

Great update. It's amazing how different everyones experience is seeing all the trip reports. Great pictures and great captions. One of these days I will do a trip report, but I know my captions will be plain Of course, I also have to have a working, non-splash mountain destroyed, camera. -
^ Isn't that just because of the fireworks? They have to have a certain safety zone around all the launch sites, including the one's off the tops of the buildings. So with them closing the entire Paradise Pier, does that mean they will be launching fireworks? If so, still stupid to close it all down, but understandable. In not, then it's completely stupid.

I just played the throw up game. Just random questions, but the spinning wheel (where the throw up game is) can help a little to pass the time, but it's pretty small. Overall, not too bad. I think it will be good during the middle america trip since i've never been to those parks. Thanks for the heads up!

The stickers used by Intamin trains help the gates open faster, and the cycling goes faster. The B&M stickers actually slow down the entire train. -

These cars are much better! They actually look finished. There is no odd gap from the zero car, and the side of the cars have some paneling so it looks more like a "car." The best part, for me, is that the seats look a ton better! The B&M trains look like someone took a square platform, bolted seats they took from their abandoned car onto it, and then attached the cut off front of the car. Intamin's cars look like roller coasters cars, while the B&M ones look like some beginners attempt at customization. But that's called my opinion. -

Just saw Robb's video, and this ride looks incredible! I look how much "twisty" it has, especially the first one after the drop. -
A little update. "Florida Highway Patrol Sgt. Kim Montes said both of the children were on the side of the road where there is a sidewalk. A preliminary investigation showed the boy left the sidewalk and entered the roadway. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. The girl was not hurt. "The little boy ... left the sidewalk and went into the southbound lanes of Big Pine Drive, struck the side of the bus and then was subsequently pulled underneath the bus and run over by the bus," Montes said." ^^I bet a lot of people will just read the headline and also assume it was Disney's fault again.

There may be somebody to blame in the end, but to do it this early is sad. But sometimes, accidents just happen. One of our family friends was riding his bike near a busy street, and as he tried to get out of the way of a pedestrian, he fell into the rode and got killed by a bus. We will just have to wait and see the reports. ^Even with the recent problems Disney has been having, overall, they are much safer than virtually every other transportation system of that size.

On a much much smaller scale, the same was true for the Nut Tree Family Park in Vacaville, CA. They hyped it up so much in our area, but when it finally opened it was a failure. I don't even know if it lasted one year. It was very expensive, with not that much. Management was arrogant, and everything was overhyped. I never made it to HR/FMP, but almost everyone I had heard from who had gone, gave the same over-priced, over-hyped, reviews. Who knows, maybe they will learn from this and make a better park the next time around. Ok, maybe not.

He is $10 cheaper than when Leno came here, that's always a plus! I liked Leno before he had his "new" show. I thought the new show sucked. I have always like Conan though. Hope to see him back on in September.
