  1. ^ Yeah, considering they put new trains on it in 2010.
  2. And Silverwood probably isn't one of them considering they bought a GIB that gave Great America nothing but trouble. True, they have upkeep it pretty well and depending on how happy they were with the installation and fixes, they COULD go with Vekoma again. What's wrong with the new Vekoma?
  3. ^ It exists so it is possible! Anyways, about the Stingray, I will say it is possible but unlikely due to the fact that not many USA parks (with the exception of Disney) like Vekoma due to their reliability issues.
  4. SFMM & Europa Park: For great coasters as well as awesome operations and theming.
  5. ^^ Yep, Cedar Point has one called Sky Scraper (not that model but pretty much identical). Im thinking something from S&S because they have tons of never before seen prototypes. Personally I hope it's that odd tower ride with the coaster going around it.
  6. ^ 1, 3-7 are the important ones for me, the other ones are just fluff.
  7. Yeah for Custom Content! IMO this is one of the things (if not THE thing) that has gave RCT3 such a long life time and I'm glad to see Theme Park Studio implementing them into the game. Any way, I would like to see: 1. A Stable Engine: This is the main problem with RCT3, it's engine is unstable and crashes a lot due to us making things for it that the game wasn't designed for, I want to see a very stable system that prevents the extreme crashing RCT3 has. 2. OPEN SOURCE THE CODE!!!!!!!: If you can do this it would be fantastic! There are things in RCT3 that we can't do due to the closed source code if the code is open sourced it takes some strain off your developers for bug fixes and makes the ability to make Custom Content almost unlimited. 3. Low Resource using Peeps: Yet another thing that has kept the RCT series alive is the peeps as it adds a realistic touch to the game and it is cool to see them walk around the park and ride rides. However they are very resource heavy and lag parks to death. I would like to see similar features with the peeps in this game but less resource intensive. 4. Easy Terraforming: Terraforming in RCT3 is hard to do and is tedious. I would like to see a terraforming tool that is easy and more accurate then RCT3s. 5 Scenarios: This is yet another thing the RCT series is king at. I would like to see very similar scenarios in Theme Park Studio. 6. Separate Wall Pieces: As we've seen in your last video, one only have one complete building, this puts a BIG strain on the creativity of your users, I would like to see separate pieces so we can create buildings as we want them to look. 7.The Ability to Import RCT3 Custom Content: The RCT3 Community (many of which will migrate to this game) has worked WAY too hard on Custom Content for this game to just let it die. I would like to see compatibility with this games files and RCT3s so we can import our Custom Content we worked so hard on. 8. Darkness and the Ability to Keep Weather out of buildings: This bug in RCT3 REALLY ANNOYS MANY PEOPLE PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE BUILDINGS DON'T LET TOO MUCH LIGHT IN (other than where there are windows) AND THAT WEATHER CANOT GET IN!!!!!!! 9. Support for Mac and Linux users: Although this does not need to be done in the first release, it would be nice to see this game cross platform later on (this would increase sales). 10. The Ability to Synchronize Mix Master (the name in RCT3 for the firework, laser and water shows) with rides: This would make making dark rides a breeze as syncing the Mix Master with the ride in RCT3 is very hard to do. 11. The Game Moves in Real Time if Wanted: What this means is that the time in the game moves with the time in the real world (its 6PM in the real world, it should be 6PM in the game). 12. A Mobile Version of the Game that Syncs Custom Content and other Files with the Computer: Just like web browsers can sync your bookmarks on your mobile, it would be cool to see a Mobile version of the game for tablets and phones so we have Theme Park Studio with us when we go on long drives (this does NOT need to be done in the first release).
  8. Sounds great as long Legoland does a good job preserving some of the attractions (I DO NOT want to see the Derby Race Carousel change too much) although I am not afraid as they did a pretty good job preserving the Cyprus Gardens in Legoland Florida.
  9. Just wondering but a Zac Spin could fit the bill (they are about 100ft) and you can flip upside down when your 100ft up in the air. Other likely contenders are a Thrill Shot or a Skycoaster.
  10. Ok that loading system (other then the seat pockets) is completely pointless for coasters that have a decent capacity like NTAG. I can really only see this being useful for Eurofighters, Wild Mice, Zac Spins, and an other low capacity rides.
  11. La Cobra at La Ronde, that thing hurt me in so many wrong places. EDIT: I forgot about EVERY SINGLE Chinese Knockoff!
  12. We do have a No Limits POV based off of the blue prints made by TetsuneSonic. But other then that, no. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nehyeHQqhVg
  13. Countries: USA (live here) United Kingdom China South Korea Canada If you count the airports: Netherlands Japan
  14. ^^ It's ok, in fact I thought the interviews you did were really great! (The best I've ever seen RMC, GCI, TGG, and Intamin interviews were awesome). Just thought I say I was a "little" upset that you didn't interview Gerstlauer and Premier, but what you were able to do phased that little upset out of me. To be honest I'd rather have the in depth interviews you did this year instead of more companies. I'm very sorry I sounded like a selfish little brat, I'm really not like that at all. It's amazing what you guys were able to do given the circumstances you were under. And besides, I can always find more interviews with them in it, I just have to accept that they won't be as good as yours.
  15. Nice updates! A little upset about you guys not interviewing Gerstlauer or Premier but I guess it's ok. I think this years IAAPA was the best one you guys went to and I hope next years is as good.
  16. ^ Cool! This looks like it will be better then Gatekeeper. * BTW, at IAAPA it was reveled that this ride will be called Flying Over the Rainforest.
  17. Is your machine a Mac, if so I'm having the same problem and IDK why. Lets see if this works: http://www.themeparkreview.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=64103&start=240
  18. ^^ You know, I find it funny when parks reuse old pictures (Atmosfear is still Liseberg Tower in that picture) but it looks really pretty!
  19. Great coverage Robb! I'm glad to hear from Intamin isn't changing Skyrush TOO much as I thought it was pretty much perfect.
  20. 1. This sound like one of those silly GP rumors (Magnum is sinking ect) 2. If it is still in Japan, why is there a picture of it being set up in CHINA?! Link: http://rcdb.com/3511.htm?p=19956
  21. ^ I don't know, these Chinese knock off manufacturers use an orange primer for thier coasters so yellow could be another odd primer color like orange. Link with primer: http://rcdb.com/9850.htm?p=37712 Link Finished: http://rcdb.com/9850.htm?p=37720 (For some unknown reason, Chinese Manufactures paint the track on site and NOT in the factory)
  22. ^ I love the red paint job! Also, I'm VERY surprised Hopi Hari didn't get new trains when they refurbished/rethemed it to Superman
  23. ^ I still cant get over how beautiful those Outlaw Run trains look.
  24. ^ It was $10 million to redo NTAG and Mean Streak pretty much has the same layout as OTAG, so I can't see costing too much more then that.
  25. GREAT! I think this year is the year for you guys due to the Hades refurb (GG can't mess up this year). Hope it all works out.
