^Well, it depends. You may know where the track is going but not know how the element will ride. When I rode skyrush I already knew the layout and had already heard how intense it was but I was still surprised by the coaster and how each element felt like.
Looks interesting, but I've always wondered why they don't do these rides with a "normal" brake run, station and launch. Maybe these rides are only meant for smaller parks.
Saw it yesterday. Really fun. I think the fourth one is still my favorite but this is next. It's great how we're in the fifth one and, unlike other cases, the films are not losing any quality at all.
One thing is for sure: in all of my dreams where I'm in a park I never manage to ride the coasters or not before I become lucid and realise I'm dreaming, which is very frustrating.
^I've never ridden a slingshot before but I do get the impression that the elastic ones are more intense. So I do find it a shame that they don't seem to be as safe as the cable model.
Hope the rider has a quick recovery.
When I rode GK the vests were still locking but I didn't really mind it. what I didn't like was the fact that the old ones let you move around more which, during floater air moments, makes a difference.
^Aren't the seats on the rides with those restraints more reclined? If so, won't that, in a way, change the feeling you get while hanging over the drop?
