  1. New model! This one is loosely based off of the Chinese S&S launch coasters such as Extreme Rusher and Bullet Coaster. Enjoy! EDIT: I just noticed that the video has a few minor glitches in it, so I apologize for that.
  2. Tower of Terror puts me on edge, despite being my favorite ride at the WDW resort. Perhaps not so much the actual ride, but the combination of that and overall creepy atmosphere of it makes me a little "uncomfortable."
  3. I made a eurofighter model about 3 months ago, but never did anything with it (not sure why). Anyway, here are some pictures of it, I will update the post once a video comes along, which will most likely be tomorrow. EDIT: Here's your video Bomer. I attempted to do a Takabisha-type drop on this one. I also tried my hand at a banana roll, and I failed quite a bit. Maybe I'll try this one again sometime. The model is very short in length given its height, but that's alright. The second half includes a twisty hill, dive loop, and incline into the brakes. Overview.
  4. Decided to drive down to the marina today during the snow flurries in hope of a few nice pictures. This one isn't really about the snow but I like how it turned out.
  5. Coming to the game exchange in about 20 minutes...
  6. An OK one from Animal Kingdom last summer-
  7. Only 3 I recall: I305 Nitro Batman
  8. Best new: White Lightning Gatekeeper Freedom Flyer? (I really didn't get on much new stuff this year) Overall: Maverick Storm Runner Phantom's Revenge
  9. 2 from yesterday at BGW...
  10. The Manta one is cool...I long for the day I get my hands on a fisheye lens. Well...thanks.
  11. ^The frame is different as it has only 2 beams instead of 4, but that really isn't something I'd place too highly on my wishlist as it really doesn't matter that much.
  12. Old picture that I've gone back and edited.
  13. I think I like Rock n Rollercoaster's soundtrack the best...it's got a few different versions and just seems very high quality and well done. While not an 'on-ride soundtrack' the music in WDW Space Mountain's star tunnel really fascinates me.
  14. ^Ah, forgot about Drachen Fire! The name and logo kicked arse! Shame the ride apparently sucked so hard.
  15. Based on my personal opinion - Maverick Magnum XL200 Millennium Force Blue Streak Raptor Top Thrill Dragster Gemini Iron Dragon Wicked Twister Mantis Gatekeeper Cedar Creek Mine Ride Woodstock Express Corkscrew Mean Streak Jr Gemini Had they still been around, Wildcat would probably go behind Wicked Twister and Disaster Transport behind Mine Ride.
  16. Off the top of my head Mindbender Ozark Wildcat Alpengeist Hydra Nemesis Oblivion Kraken Steel Phantom Thunderhead Sooperdooperlooper
  17. Has to be either Sooperdooperlooper or Scorpion. Not sure which one I went on first.
  18. Busch Gardens Tampa Busch Gardens Williamsburg Cedar Point Animal Kingdom Hollywood Studios Epcot Fun Spot America Fun Spot USA Old Town Hersheypark Kennywood King's Dominion Knoebels SeaWorld Orlando Six Flags America
  19. Fahrenheit earlier this year, 2 hours and the queue wasn't even full. Way underestimated the amount of time. Hershey's fabulously slow ride ops don't really help the fact that it's an incredibly low capacity coaster, either.
  20. So far I've got 4 trips planned for next year. * = new park With luck maybe 3 of them will happen, atm it's between NY and OH. (Spring Break) Universal Orlando Islands of Adventure SeaWorld Orlando Fun Spot America Legoland Florida Busch Gardens Tampa (Summer) *Coney Island NY *Playland *Lake Compounce *Quassy Six Flags New England *Bowcraft *Camden Park *Kentucky Kingdom *Holiday World *King's Island (Winter) SeaWorld Orlando Magic Kingdom Epcot Animal Kingdom MGM/Hollywood Studios Of course several dozen visits to BGW, and likely King's Dominion once or twice.
  21. Nikon, extra zoom lens, extra batteries etc etc Phone Wallet Tripod (usually leave it in the car til later in the day, though) Video Camera Drawstring Bag Exception of BGW, where I'll usually just take my phone and camera.
  22. I'm going to have to go with Big Bad Wolf.
  23. I've always liked Magnum's trains. Something about the retro rocket/space design really strikes my fancy.
  24. Cedar Fair: Maverick Six Flags: Bizarro SFNE SeaWorld Entertainment: Manta FL Merlin: Technic Coaster FL Universal: Hulk Disney Parks: Rock n Rollercoaster FL Parques Reunidos: Phantom's Revenge
  25. The theming is totally awesome just sayin'. I really hate to be a Debbie Downer, but I still think the layout is too ambitious for a sitdown train. If I'm lucky I might be able to get 1 or 2 big elements/inversions in right after the lift, so I'm not sure how well the heartline is going to work. But, it very well could work so I say go ahead and try it, but if it doesn't just try and figure out a different way of doing things. Just don't rage and break anything, these models are expensive.
