  1. ^^I don't think SFMM invented the "top hat." ^I feel like I've seen that video before... Maybe on the page before this one? Excited for the next Full Throttle update!
  2. Actually, it can/does get below freezing in Valencia.
  3. Umm... No, I don't. Riddler's Revenge and Green Lantern also have a single-rider option, and I also believe Revolution has a single-rider line. There aren't that many rides with them (unless I'm missing any), but at least it isn't like at some parks, including other SF parks, where you have to go through the normal line to get to the single rider line.
  4. Ehhh, I'm guessing they knew the Street View thing was coming and wanted to pull a prank and got what they wanted... Google Street View is full of stuff like that.
  5. I was about to say this also. IMO, they can claim whatever they want until the ride is actually open, then we'll see what the park "lied" about.
  6. I couldn't believe they didn't close Batman because of Full Throttle construction. Way to go SFMM!
  7. I was at the park yesterday. I was surprised to see all of the lines in Disneyland being very short for most of the day (until about 3 PM everything was a walk-on or 10-15 minutes or less). California Adventure had longer wait times. The new picture-taking/ticket-checking thing was a little annoying, but they just ignore you if your already have your annual pass out when you walk up to the line/turnstile. Things across both parks were great however, and I really enjoyed the refurbished Indy.
  8. I bet they'll keep the parking lot lines under Colossus.
  9. Ha I see you were being a little jack wagon. Obviously I missed spelled definitely...no big deal. Everyone miss spells things here. I'm sure you have as well. I missed spelled words sometimes too, so I like to proof reads before I post.
  10. This actually sounds pretty cool. The OC Fairgrounds in SoCal started doing a food truck day each week and that actually turned out okay and has been relatively popular.
  11. You would choose to destroy Thunder Road over Hurler?! I just remember Thunder Road as more boring than it could've been and maybe kinda shaky...not a completely pointless death machine like Hurler. I don't get you... I thought Hurler was just as great as Skull Mountain! I mean the ride experience of Hurler really lives up to its name.
  12. Yes, the news that the music on the rough coaster is dead once again has throughly surprised me!
  13. I'd tear down Wildcat at Hersheypark. Evil. Oh, or maybe Thunder Road at Carowinds.
  14. Good for the park then, hopefully they don't go back to wasting it all on huge coasters.
  15. Revenue is not the same as profit, and the lack of any mentioning of profit in the report leads me to believe the park isn't hugely profitable compared to some of the other parks in the chain, including smaller ones. I bet SFMM also has some of the highest total operating costs in the chain as well. I do wish the park would invent more in higher capacity rides though.
  16. They look to be the same as some city buses I've seen, such as the Octa buses in Orange County.
  17. I'm going to give the park a pass on the ride's marketing mainly because even if we hate it, it's working if people are talking about it.
  18. I count Space Mountain as a new credit everytime it breaks down and re-opens because obviously the ride's been changed if it's working again. Also, because YOLO.
  19. Video would take up WAY too much space to be able to have an app under 50 megs. I've worked on a game where to get under the limit, it downloaded additional assets after being launched. There's also streaming possibilities... If you find a solid way to get around the 50MB limit, this would be a killer feature!
  20. ^That's a bummer about the single rider line. I guess this will become a fastpass-only ride from now on.
  21. And then at the end of the ride Indy says, "next time, keep Lucas out of it okay?".
  22. Indy is my favorite attraction at DL, so it'll be great to see the spruced up ride during the winter break. I'm now just looking forward to the rumored new Tomorrowland now that Cars Land is complete.
  23. Looks like Magic Mountain can claim another record: Most aggressive coasters in one park!
